“I placed an order with Daniel Footwear for some boots, after taking my money as the item was available and no mention of any issues. After four days I get a phone call saying they can not honour the order as they have run out of stock. Very poor service do not accept an order if you do not have the goods as it is a waste of everybody's effort!”

“Wanted a pair of boots with lace up fronts. Came upon these through google searching and although prefer to try boots on before buying decided to take a chance as the price was unbelievably cheap comparative to buying them in a well known dept store (£65 cheaper!!) Glad I did. The service and delivery was efficient and very speedy. 4 days from ordering to delivery. Boots beautifully boxed up and are amazing. I was concerned about some reviews saying usual size didn't fit but for me they were a perfect fit and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and use again.”

“The boots are lovely however I was annoyed to find out prior to me even wearing them that they have now been reduced to £59.19. I am in two minds to return them and order them again or can the difference of£15 be credited to my card I payed with? Caroline muir”

“Excellent Product! Fast delivery. Great sale offers as well as wide range of products. I came accross this site when searching for uggs for my toddler at a good price. I bought the Ugg Boots for my toddler and they are perfect! Excellent supplier, will be shopping from again! Thank you.”

“I have twice sent emails to tell this company that they had made a mistake with my order. They sent me ladies slippers instead of men's. I went elsewhere to purchase the men's slippers as it was for a birthday present. I have not heard a thing up to the present time. Not good enough”

“Ordering was straight forward and delivery was reasonably quick . I received a discount on my first order which was very nice but when it came to returning the items I was annoyed to find that because of the discount I had to pay for the return postage . Had I paid full price the return would have been free . Return postage cost me approx £ 15 ! Because of this I will not be ordering from Daniel Footwear in the future .”

“I ordered a pair of uggs (black bomber ankle boots) for my mums birthday present online from the Daniels site, 3 day AFTER I'd ordered I had an email from Daniels customer services saying that the boots that I had paid for were not even in stock...as far as I'm concerned this is really bad service and shows poor organisation....It has put me off shopping with Daniels footwear ....very unreliable.”

“Delighted with the shoes. Well made, comfortable, lightweight and soooooo soft. Great to wear even as slippers. The colour is gorgeous and the little bit of detail is nice and subtle. I am a size 3 and the fit is snug (certainly not tight), but they will stretch with wear because they are so soft.”

“Looked and seen they where in stock so payed n got email 2 days later saying out of stock so thought ok that's fine n ordered a diffrent pair n what do we now out of stock again you need to sort it out why not say out of stock before taking the money of me dont use these people all they do is take money and make excuses!!!”

“The perfect boot ........... except the tops are very big and made them look a bit like wellies! Sadly I had to return them. Disappointed that I had to pay for deliver AND collection. Even though they were in the sale, they were still over £100 and I think that should equate to some of the postage being paid.”
