“Good service and value for money. Shoes came in good time and are very comfortable.. However the shoe box in which the shoes came in looked like it had been thrown around a room with the amount of dints and rips in it”

“I was very impressed with the customer service from Daniel Footwear. I ordered a pair of UGG boots and was notified within 24 hours that they were no longer available, with an apology. I was encouraged to consider an alternative, which I did. These arrived within 36 hours and the original price was honoured even though the 2nd choice were more expensive. The boots arrived in excellent protected packaging, with tissue paper wrapping - all adding to the anticipation. The boots are lovely and to top it all the best value compared to other sites. I will definitely use Daniel Footwear again.”

“I ordered a pair of leather boots which I had already seen in the Daniel shop at Cheshire Oaks but unfortunately they did not have my size in stock. I decided to order them on line and the service was excellent - they arrived promptly and were well packaged. I would use this service again.”
