“Love the shop! Quick delivery! I ordered some lovely superga's in de shop. Other shop don't have these! But 1 little problem.. I ordered a eu 39 and they give me a 39,5.. No problem, its the good size! Love Daniel Footwear!”

“Boots arrived within the week. Not as fast as some but fast enough. Good packaging. Nice boots but sadly not for me. As I bought them in the sale, I have to pay for the returns as well as the delivery. My fault for not checking but rather disappointed that postage has cost me £10.”

Dear Melanie, Thank you for the comments. We do try to make it clear in our returns policy that items purchased in the sale are exempt from free returns however I do apologise if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase. There is the option of returning the item to a nearby Daniel Store free of charge but I can appreciate that there may not be one nearby to make this possible. In situations like this we are always willing to give advice on what the cheapest & safest method for return your item back to us to avoid unnecessary expense. Kind regards, Kris

“I ordered a bag , came in good condition and selected it for 2-4 day service and it came exactly in 2 days . very pleased . will hopefully order more things from this website in the future.”

“The shoes themselves were fine, but disappointingly, there were 3 colours on the website all called 'grey'. I ordered the ones that ash shoes actually call perkish, but Daniel footwear sent me the totally different ones called 'marble'. So, I shall be sending them back I am afraid. :(”

Dear Elizabeth, Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. There are a few different grey shades of the Ash Virgin BIS trainers & you did order the correct colour which is the GRL or Perkish. When we receive these back we will send out the correct replacement or issue a refund depending on your wishes. Kind regards Kris

“Ordered a pair of ankle boots from Daniel Footwear, and although the boots I received were good quality, they sent the wrong ones. I emailed them to let them know, and their first email back to me hadn't been read properly, as they didn't address me by name, and apologised for sending the wrong size. I'm still awaiting a full refund plus postage.”

Dear Debbie, Apologies for any miscommunication regarding the email correspondence. You were refunded the full cost of the order along with the postage for the error. “Sadly shoes didn't fit and had to return them, but delivery was fast and when I rang customer services regarding the return they were extremely helpful and the whole process was very straightforward. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Daniel Footwear again.”
