“Bought DKNY Kayle bag which is beautiful however it clearly states that the bag is WHITE & but clearly is not! It says on the tag that's it's eggshell which is a light ivory cream colour. I kept the bag as I do like it & the colour but disappointed that the bag wasn't white.”

“Absolutely no complaints however, but the tracking number for Hermes was useless on their site and their live chat couldn't help as Ithey said had made my purchase from a Retailer, so for some reason their Agent said they couldn't help and I should contact the place of purchase to find out about tracking my delivery??????? Loved the secure packaging and paperwork neatly in envelope, nice touch, instead of loose in package. Wanted 37 1/2 but on web only 37 on drop down menu but sales agent said I would receive 37 1/2, so placed order by phone to ensure no error. Often visit Daniel in Stanmore and Rojo in Radlett, first time bought from Daniel online.”

“Absolutely lovely bag, very true to the photo. Delivery was very swift and the company texted me in the morning so I knew the hour slot for when the package would be arriving. The only niggles I can possibly point at is that the long strap is quite short if you wear it across the body and that the leather isn't patent as stated but polished, it's still beautiful but if you really want a patent leather bag specifically then unfortunately this one isn't for you.”

“I bought the blue Svenja trainer towards the end of last summer. They are described as 'ultimate comfort' but are SO uncomfortable. There's something wrong with the lining of one of the shoes and it really runs. I didn't wear them much at first and by the time I realised I couldn't return.”
