“Great service with fast delivery - although I loved the sandals I had ordered did not feel they were true to size ( too small) so unfortunately I had to return them.”

“Having never used your website or ordered a pair of footware from you in the past I can only write a review on my only experience. I ordered a pair of Fly sandles for my coming holiday next week. Cannot fault the ordering and the delivery was 100% accurate. Unfortunately on opening my shoebox I was disappointed in finding an odd pair of shoes, both the correct size and colour but not the same style. On telephoning your company I have been told to return my order and you will despatch the correct pair. It is just unfortunate that I will not be able to wear my ordered sandles for my holiday in the sun next week. Looking forward to opening the matching pair of sandles on my return from holiday.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of size 7, unfortunately I could tell as soon as I took them out the box that they were the wrong size. Couldn't even get my feet in them. However, the shoes were so lovely my daughter, who wears a size 5 kept a pair.”

“Always the correct order is delivered, if Daniel doesn't have the size/style their website tells you. There is never a problem returning shoes that don't fit. To cap it off, if you call, you get to speak to a real person who has the authority to resolve and/or suggest solutions. Daniels website is kept bang up to date. Fabulous company”

“Shoes arrived in perfect condition - service was efficient and fast. Just a shame they didn't take any notice of the size I ordered - ordered 41 they sent 42!! Fit flop say to order a size larger than you are which I am assuming this is why they sent a size larger - but what they don't take into consideration is I already have had 3 pairs of these and I know what size I am and what size I ordered!! They are a little to big and long and I know they stretch. I will give them the benefit of doubt - I just hope I don't break an ankle as they are loose but very comfortable.”
