“Ordered a Michael Kors Dillon navy bag. It was on sale and after doing some comparisons with other stores decided to go with Daniel Footwear - the price was comparable but Daniel's offered free postage and a further % for ordering. Can't fault it - was delivered very quickly in good wrapping and bag in excellent condition. Would highly recommend. Now I'm just waiting for the gold Shirlington loafers to go on sale and will definitely use again!”

“I have never had any problems with Daniels footwear in regards to my orders .Their services are excellent and good .They also have offers most of the time and I have heard they do 10% for students even though I have not used my student discount on line yet.i particularly like the staff in millhill Broadway shop.They are patient , friendly , and nice .”

“I ordered a purse from Daniel footwear but unfortunately I received an incorrect parcel. I rang customer services who was very understanding. The assistant was prompt and efficient and within a couple of hours my parcel was located and it was arranged to be sent and the incorrect parcel collected. We understand that mistakes can happen but its how they are dealt with that matters.”

“Ordered shoes and paid for next day delivery. This didn't happen. The shoes were delayed in Leeds. I organised to collect (10 miles from depot). They weren't there. I returned next day to collect to find the shoes had been sent out for delivery even though I had organised to collect from depot. I met the driver at a point 5 miles away eventually to collect the shoes. They are too big so will be sent back. Not happy.”

“I received my goods real quick which I was very happy with. Unfortunately they did not fit my daughter so I took them to Daniel footwear shop which is not far from me for a refund. Which will be done in a couple of days. The shop assistant was very helpful and she remembered talking to me on the phone a couple of days ago. I will definitely shop there again.”

“I saw a pair of Chelsea Boots in Austin Reed and wanted to buy them in size 9 black but Austin Reed have gone bust so could not supply them. I was delighted to find the very same boots on the Daniel Footwear website at a very reasonable price. I ordered them and they were delivered 3 days later. I am very happy with them, beautifully made and worth twice what I paid. Thankyou Daniel Footwear.....an excellent service. Dave F”
