“My shoes arrived really swiftly, I was so pleased. They were slightly damaged though and had to be returned which means I've had to wait ages now as although I was able to return them to the store near me, I can't get there to pick them up. My point is, can you please check that what you're sending out is perfect to avoid unnecessary returns :(”

“Ordered a size 41 shoe but they sent a size 42 and after phoning they informed me there wasn't a 41 in stock (according to the website they were available!) The Daniel representative I spoke to on the telephone didn't have a clue. She did say she was going to send a postage paid returns label via email which didn't arrive. I then had to telephone again the following day to send me the label. All this hassle for absolutely nothing!!!”

“I was very disappointed to be sent the wrong pair of shoes, to then be told I had to return the wrong pair before they would send me the correct pair. This has meant I won't have them for when I need them. Had I not received 20% off them, I would have cancelled the order. This was not my error, they should have sent me the correct pair as soon as I made them away of their mistake.”
