“I ordered the new fitflops Banda micro crystal gold they are quite difficult to get on the high St but Daniel footwear had them and they arrived super fast and are totaly fabulous. Great job Daniel footwear. I love my new fitflops.”

“I really love my #Diamante stone biker ankle boots, My complaint is the price, @Really £120, how you justify 3 digits is beyond me, even the sale price £52, which i got them for, Soft leather, sole average, No zip, Do tell how you came to such HIGH PRICE, They worth £29.99. Bought better made tougher leather, great sole for far lesssssssssssss. Is it the name #Daniel”

“I am unable to provide a rating review as I still have not received my order. I have contacted FedEx & my parcel should have been delivered by now. FedEx is investigating but at present I am not a happy customer.”

“I shopped everywhere for a pair off navy ankle boots they were lovely soft leather and a perfect fit I was able to wear them all day very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering from Daniel foot wear again. ..”

“Website is great, service is ok my shoes arrived 4 days after they where ordered but it was ment to be next day delivery. The shoes are very comfy but they mark very easily”

“My order is very late. They didn't call me to find out what house number to deliver to as I had mistakenly left it out in the order form so apparently they delivered to a random house. Order still not received. Called customer services and she was very rude. Tried the live chat and was still treated badly by Chloe who just ended the chat when she felt like it. Not impressed at all.”

Dear Kathryn, Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear about this. I have looked at your order and I can see Chloe did everything she could to get your parcel to you. “They are of good quality, fit me well. However they are a bit more loose than usual at my ankles which makes it more wrinkly. Not sure I like that bit. Overall I would say they are a good buy”

“The size wasn't correct so I had to return the shoes to the store, they were sale items so I lost the delivery charge. Had asked for 41 but they were labelled 41/42 and far too big, I'd tried 40 in store which were too small.”
