“This is the second time I have ordered shoes on line and got an email the following day to say the shoes were actually out of stock... So disappointing and unsure why and the fact this has happened twice.. Not good when you buy shoes and look forward to receiving them. First time customer service were excellent. This time not so good, not really sorry or helpful.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of jewelled flip flops & was delighted when they arrived, however they were too small. I take a UK 6.5 so ordered a 40 to be on the safe side. They were way too small and I needed a 41. Customer Services were very helpful & offered a free return & a small discount on the replacements.”

“First time ever to use Daniel Footwear and only because I couldn't find the size I wanted on other sites. I was amazed at the efficiency, the lower price (£5 lower than all the other sites) and the free delivery not to mention the fact that my sandals were there next day. With size 8 feet I will certainly be usning your site again”

“Ordered a Michael Kors Dillon navy bag. It was on sale and after doing some comparisons with other stores decided to go with Daniel Footwear - the price was comparable but Daniel's offered free postage and a further % for ordering. Can't fault it - was delivered very quickly in good wrapping and bag in excellent condition. Would highly recommend. Now I'm just waiting for the gold Shirlington loafers to go on sale and will definitely use again!”
