“I would have given one star had it not been for the customer service I received from Blue, my first Time ordering with Daniel footwear and wasn't the best experience, I chose this company as the prices were very good for the item I required, paid extra for postage so they would be delivered by end of the week, received no communication as to the progress of my order at all after 3 days I contacted to find out the whereabouts of my order, the only saving grace was dealing with someone who for once is in the right job, Blue dealt with my query quickly and professionally, and it is based on this solely that I would consider purchasing from Daniel footwear again. The flip flops are great aswell. Delivery and order progress updates need working on!!!!”

“After purchasing a pair of Ralph Lauren flip flops the logo came off after wearing them for 2 days I contacted customer services and sent them a picture I have been informed that this doesn't affect me wearing them so they will not be exchanging them I'm very disappointed with this company I won't be shopping with again and would not recommend them to anyone else Very poor quality and service”

“Love these sandals! I got them with a 25% discount too which was great. Lovely fit and look really stylish. I paid for next day delivery but sadly the courier company didnt deliver them on time so Daniel footwear refunded the delivery cost. Highly recommended!!”

“My favourite company to shop with & good prices! I have even bought branded names in the sale that have still been full price on websites e.g Michael Kors site.....always friendly helpful staff if you need to enquire online & In store and delivery service is the best ! If you pay for next day priority £4.99 you receive a txt with a delivery time & it's always on time! Well done a very happy customer all round ????”

“I was very happy with my purchase itself, and had no problems with the Daniel Footwear website when purchasing. However, I was appalled that the delivery service UK Mail left my parcel by throwing it over my garden fence on a day when it was raining. The parcel had fallen into a compost bucket in my garden and was soaking and covered in dirt when I got home from work. All I can say is thank god it was in plastic and the shoes were okay inside! But this was not a nice way to receive a parcel which for me cost a lot of money.”

“I placed my order on a Thursday, not expecting the delivery to come before Monday and to my delight, they arrived on Friday! Beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped with obvious care and protection of the product, I was extremely impressed. I love your range - and you make excellent reductions on your sale goods. Definitely won me over!”
