“I bought the same smart shoes in a different colour from a retailer a few months ago so I was confident of the fit when buying online. My order was processed very quickly, the shoes arrived beautifully packaged and I am happy to own another pair of fabulous shoes.”

“Lovely style wedges but the quality was poor. Glue visible and the bottom of the heel was not joined correctly. Really disappointed as they would have looked great.”

“Ordered for express delivery and whilst it didn't arrive on time - Chris in customer services sorted it out for me and refunded the delivery cost - turned a negative into a positive by his quick escalation to the courier!! Loved my Ash trainers as well!”

“Courier service is terrible. UK Mail give you a 1hr window of opportunity that suits them. When I tried to redirect it to a neighbour they ignored that. Could not speak to a human .”

“Delivery was good. I have a problem with the size of the shoes, which I am trying to resolve with heel grips but may have to return the shoes. That will indicate quality of response. The shoes are beautiful quality.”

“I received the wrong item. So could not give the gift to the intended person. Wrong shoe, wrong size, thanks to Molly who packed the item, I rang up customer services and they apologised and have me a 10% discount, not happy with the invonvenience and 10% doesn't really cover meissing out on giving a gift, or my time to get to a post office andake a return .... Don't know how long it will take for them to send out the correct item either.”
