“The shoes I ordered arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Loved the tissue paper round the shoe box. The shoes I ordered ( the beautiful Anita sandals by Ralph Lauren) were partly successful as they seemed to be made for someone with very fat feet. However, I loved the bronze ones so much I will take them to a local shoe repair shop to see if they can adjust the straps. Not the fault of Daniel Footwear.”

“Your courier needs to be sorted out going forward as they are letting you down. A text arrives with a time etc and then they don't turn up or even contact you. Got a text the next day with a new time etc and he was still late by nearly 2 hours, absolute disgrace.”

“I like the website and the delivery service but the bag wasn't packed like other DKNY bags I've bought before from other shops. I wasn't sure if it had previously been returned by someone else.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Both Michael Kors. Only one pair have arrived. I've been charged for 2. A note in the box says second pair coming from elsewhere. A week later they still haven't arrived.”

“Ordered a pair of FitFlops, delivered the following day. Delivery company e-mailed with a delivery slot of one hour. Absolutely fantastic service. Item was neatly packaged and the delivery note and order details were very clear. Hope to use Daniel Footwear again.”

“Aside from receiving one product less. I was so disappointed and unhappy after being advised with the Costumer service Manager. To bring my NEW ordered shoe to the cobbler although they are willing to reimburse the money of course after receiving the receipt. It's just for me it's their obligation to mend it for giving a valued costumer a default one after ordering a "brand new" shoes”
