“I travelled up to Liverpool & discovered Daniels for first time. I brought a pair of HARLESDON BROWN LEATHER MID WEDGE MULE sandals for myself. So impressed with the style & price when I returned to Midlands sent for WARMINSTER MEN'S TAN SUEDE TWO BAR BUCKED SANDAL for my husband. Excelled delivery, excellent service.”

“I ordered three pairs of shoes from the sale, two pairs were delivered the next day, which I thought was excellent service. However as the third pair did not arriver after a couple of days I contacted the help@Danielfootwear address, I received no response. I re-sent my message after a couple of days and still heard nothing, so I telephoned, I was told that the shoes that I had ordered were showing in stock at the time of order, however a stock take had been carried out and the shoes were no longer in stock. I should have been told this but was not, my money was refunded at this point, But I cannot help but question if I had not tried to find out what had happened I would not have been told that the shoes were out of stock and my money would not have been refunded.”

“Love the new click & collect service! All the added benefits of ordering from home and been able to pick up from my favourite shoe shop in Beverley, couldn't be better. There seemed to be a problem with where I ordered the shoes to but somebody called straight away to check! Highly recommended! Will use again especially when discount is offered! Thank you.”
