“Brilliant - ordered a MK bag on the Sunday for a wedding the following Friday. Paid £1 extra for 48 he delivery and from then was constantly updated by text and email of my delivery status. Arrived on the Tuesdsyand Betty well packaged. Would definitely use again????”

“I ordered a pair of Fitflops which I am very pleased with. What was not good at all was getting them to me. 6 days after placing the order I got in touch to find out where they were to be told that they had been delivered to the wrong address. Kris , who sorted this out for me was incredibly helpful. He arranged for another pair to be delivered to me the next day before 9am so that I need not waste any more time hanging around. 9am came and went.. The website showed a delay message posted at 8.57. Another call to Kris who spoke to the delivery co - delay due to traffic apparently ( blatantly untrue) and company unable to contact driver as no phone number. Bizarre. The shoes arrived at 11.30. The driver informed me that he did not leave the depot till well after 9am and he was not aware of any delivery time slot. i fed this back to Kris and suggested that Daniel Footwear might like to offer me something to encourage me to shop with them again as this was an especially bad first experience. I've had no further contact so I guess not.”
