“Ordered a Sophie Hulme bag and the charm was missing. After many calls with them they tried to tell me not all bags have charms. Please dont lecture me on designers, if you’re going to say ridiculous things. Then they suggested that despite it being a damaged item they wouldnt reduce the price further as id gotten it at discount! So I ordered another bag. Again damaged and charm missing. Have returned both. They offered me a 15% discount code like i’ll ever use them again!”

Ordered yesterday afternoon, delivered to my door so very promptly at lunch time today. What excellent service that is. So I am now going to play Paulo Nutini - ‘New Shoes’ song loud in my house, while I strut around in them feeling happy. Thank you, I shall definately use you again. Cheers from isolation.”

“Shoes what I bought was amazing: very soft leather, beautiful colour, but unfortunately I had to return them- too small.
