Awful. Delivered incorrect date. Flowers didn't even last 5 days without dying. Raised complaint. No replies until I started to tell everyone on social media site and was given another email address. Replied instantly and eventually agreed to refund. Still waiting for refund though 17 days after raising first complaint. I won't be using debenhams flowers again!!

Although these arrived on time; they were far from being 'luxury' in any sense of the word. I was very disappointed by the poor quality of the roses. The heads were undersized and undernourished. The stems were weak and the flowers did not flourish at all before dying two days later. I saw much better roses on sale in the local supermarkets. All in all, a very bad experience.

Received first bouquet on Valentine's Day and one Rose was broken and the rest started to brown and die before the Lilly's didn't open... Received a second bouquet as complained about first and this bouquet hasn't lasted 6 days without throwing some away and others bruised from the start.. Awaiting apology as not impressed with 2 bouquets. Back to buying them from shops where I can see before I buy and know there going to look good and last longer then 5 days.

Flowers were lovely, price fair. Delivery driver was rude and swore at me. When I complained I got a sorry and if I ordered again I'd get £10 off my order. Why should I order off a company that allows its delivery drivers to speak to their customers in such a way. Never again will I order off you and as for you resolving my complaint. Seems I was just fobbed off with a discount to stop the complaint. I'm glad you asked for feedback as this is the truth.

The flowers turned up 4 days after valentines day and they were all dead. Awful service avoid at all costs

Flowers were delivered on time. Flowers at first, seem to look ok, but close inspection, the stems had had been cut too short and their seem to be minmum life shelf within them. After two days, lilys didn't open as decribed. Requested a refund, which seems to have been granted. Sorry poor first time experience using this service for Valentine day :-(

Ordered flowers for the day before Valentine's, they arrived 5 days afterwards! I wrote an email to customer services who took 4 days to reply! When the flowers arrived, although now wilted and half dead, they didn't look anything special. I would have been disappointed with the purchase even if they had arrived on time.

Got flowers for Valentine's Day for my wife. Bought the so called 'deluxe' version, and when they got delivered they were half dead. Absolutely shocking. I also emailed them complaining but no response. Never ever buying from there again!!

Absolutely shocking bunch of flowers - the roses were almost dead (had a day or two in them) and the lilies only lasted a couple of days more. This was the first time I've ordered flowers from Debenhams and I certainly would not recommend.

Flowers were during before 7 days. Completely dead on day 8, so i got into contact with customer services who said they'd send another bouquet. Haven't heard back since then. I don't expect an expensive bouquet to die so quickly. Won't be returning.

I had to get a refund as the flowers were off poor quality,I would of been better going to a local shop,they died within a couple of days. I would not order again.

Received on the Sunday, Looked nothing like the picture and the roses were dead by Tuesday. Very poor quality!

Flowers came in a box all dried out and very little flowers to greenery...very disappointed as looked nothing like online photo. Will never order again

Ordered roses for my partner and when they arrived the flowers where dying. Sent pictures in an email and got a full refund but won't be using Debenhams again.

Firstly they were delivered on the wrong day, completely spooling the surprise. Then when they arrived they were very poor quality, many never opened, and not colourful at all.
