Flowers arrived in a very poor condition never ever buy again a waste of money

Never again. Valentine flowers ordered to be delivered on the 13th as the 14th was a Sunday. Flowers were delivered on the 12th, when there was no one home, hence the instruction for the 13th. Tried on the Monday to speak to someone at Debenham flowers, 45 minutes on hold before i gave up. Eventually spoke to someone at customer services who took my phone number and email and was told they would get back to me, still waiting. I'll be expecting a full refund plus the monies i used to buy new flowers.

Flowers arrived looking very poor. No water in the bulb so some of the flowers look unlikely to even open. All the flowers starting to discolour and lose petals after 1 day. Would not order again.

Firstly, the flowers were just left on the driveway, no attempt was made to contact us to notify of the delivery, secondly, they are 12 of them most unimpressive and smallest roses I have ever seen, the sort of thing I could pick up for £3.00 in a petrol station. The disappointment in firstly my wife's face and then mine was embarrassing. I appreciate there is a premium on roses for occasion's like Valentines day but this is probably the single worst offering of flowers I have ever seen. I could of gone to Morrison’s and purchased a most stunning bouquet of roses for half this price (and wish I had). I thought being part of Debenhams I should only expect quality and was really looking forward to them arriving as a surprise for my wife but this turned to disappointment and embarrassment when she received them, I would rather of not given her anything than her receive these. I am really not satisfied with this and doubt i’ll be using this service again. i’m afraid this goes down as one of the worst Valentines ever !!

I ordered the decadence flowers for my wife's valentines gift. Delivered to her on a Friday, dead or weeping by the Saturday!!! They also looked nothing like the photo on the website, and more like a bouquet that's been left by a graveside for a long period. Shocking service considering they flowers retail at £50

When flowers arrived a few were already withered and died within 3days the rest of the flowers withered rapidly and died within 5 days overall very poor quality

Flowers were delivered a day earlier than i requested, but received email on the day i had requested telling my they had been delivered. Flowers were dead, stems were rotten. Tried contacting customer service =no success, contacted Debenhams via Facebook (who were VERY helpful), finally got email regarding my complaint, sent photos of flowers as proof, they offered to send a replacement bunch of flowers, confirmed delivery details then had an email saying they were out of stock of those flowers. Replied to email asking for full refund...... no reply from Debenhams as of yet. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL BE AVOIDING THIS MONEY GRABBING COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

The flowers were delivered a day late even though they had been at the depot a while and then to make matters worse half of the bouquet died within a few days.

i placed my order 29 Jan, it says it will arrived on the 1st of Feb, my wife birthday is on the 2nd of Feb. which is alright, then an email sent to me that says it will arrived on the 3rd of Feb!!!my wife birthday came without any flower!! how can you be happy about that!!! Will never order again!!!!

Very disappointed in these flowers. Didn't arrive on the day which I requested and was definitely not worth the money. You could get the same bunch from a supermarket for half the price

The flowers and customer service at Debenhams is outstandingly bad! I wouldn't waste your time, energy or money. I bought four extremely expensive bouquets that looked worse than a £10 bunch from M&S. No quality. No style and a poor effort all round. One bouquet was five days late. Seriously, take heed. You'll be making the mistake I made!!!

Bought a single rose and it has wilted completely and died 2 days later. £15 for it to die in two days is shocking!

The flowers were 'sent' via royal mail. As no one was in when they called they left a card. Didn't say the delivery was perishable so recipient didn't go to collect for a few days. They were busy celebrating the birthday the flowers were sent for. I have complained to Debenhams flowers but yet to hear back from them.

Flowers ordered 4 days in advance for my mothers birthday. The date was clearly shown. They arrived the day after her birthday. Phoned customer services on the day who said they could arrive anytime up to 6pm on the day or the next day. I checked the website and this was shown in the small print well hidden away from the main page. What is the point in ordering for a specific date. Will not be using Debenhams again for flowers and would advise anyone else to get them delivered the day before they actually want them. My mother wasn't upset about this but I certainly was as it was a suprise.

Flowers delivered on a Monday and are brown and dying buy Thursday I called to speak to someone had to wait on hold for 32 mins just to be told send a photo and we will see what we can do

I am so disappointed with the flowers i bought for my mums birthday. They lasted a day and i have had to throw them away. I expected so much more from Debenhams and i will not be purchasing more in the future.
