The flowers did not arrive. There was no one to talk to. The whole point of the flowers was lost as the gathering dispersed. When the flowers did finally arrive, days late, the roses had gone brown. A WASTE OF MONEY!

I requested a delivery for Christmas eve 4 weeks in advance. Was contacted by Debenhams to say that Royal Mail was delayed and could not confirm if delivery would be made (it was a Christmas present). I tried calling back the customer helpline but no answer. I put a post on FaceBook expressing my dissatisfaction, and unsurprisingly got a response within an hour. They asked me to e mail customer services. I did as requested, eventually got a response 3 days later. I was asked if I wanted a refund or an upgraded bouquet. I requested the upgrade. Got confirmation through of new order and realised they had missed off the additional bottle of wine I requested. When I called to clarify if the wine would be delivered, was told it was not on the order. I was told they could arrange delivery of the wine or I could get a FULL refund. I had lost all trust and confidence by this point, so requested a refund. The refund I received was only for the wine. First and last time I will ever use this flower service.

I arranged flowers for the family of a close family friend who passed away over Christmas. Debenhams couldn't deliver next day so I arranged it for New Year's Eve. They didn't arrive and the impact has been awful, almost like we didn't care. I sent an email asking them to investigate and 3 days later a response arrived offering either any upgraded bouquet or a full refund. As we had to arrange alternative flowers, I opted for the refund. Exceptionally poor, we have lost some good friends as a consequence. Devastated.

Flowers turned up half dead, and fully died 2 days later. There was no card and no free chocolates. Appalling service! Don't buy flowers here!

i hope most of debenhams customers dont have my experience the flowers were despatched on 31 december instead of next day delivery for christmas eve as advertised by debenhams then after Writing emails to there support and telephoning they do nothing but sent this Review instead .i gave 1 star for the whole service that doesnt seem to care what happens next as long as they get there order and "there" or should i say "my Money". whoever the boss is they need to thank there lucky stars they have not been prosecuted by the trading standards for taking Money under false pretences

The wreath was ordered 21/12 and delivery promised for 24th. It did not arrive until 29th. The wreath did not look as attractive as the online picture. There was no obvious way to return the product so settled for a lesson learnt and won't buy from Debenhams Flowers again.

The plant/ flowers arrived in a very poor state , despite emailing a complaint I have never heard back and I will never use your service again

Rubbish avoid at all cost. Flowers were nothing like the website image, First bouquet & the roses looked dead. Second free bouquet the same, couldn't be bothered to complain a second time, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

The only thing good I can say is they came next day. The Roses nether open at all and was dead 4 days before the first lily opened . Customer service is a joke... you place order with debenhams but they do not want to treat you and your rights as there customer, they want to take up your complaint with there supplier. My best advice go with some one like inter flora who pass your order on to local florist

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers to be delivered on christmas eve, i was very upset with my order. Bunch 1 was a present for my mother to be delivered between 9-5 they decided to deliver the flowers prior to 8am when no one was home so I had to go and collect them from post office depot and hand-deliver them when I organised delivery!!! SHOCKING. The quality of the flowers were appalling too, two of the stems were broke upon arrival and the employee dealing with the complaint didn't even apologise for my experience and pretty much called me a liar at the quality of the flowers and requested proof before even taking me seriously. Bunch 2 was for my partner - they were delivered at the correct times. The quality again were shocking, I actually provided proof of this - 5 dead roses within 7 days of guaranteed life and 3 out of 5 dead lillies didn't open either - you pay good money for good service and quality and unfortunately Debenhams certainly didn't deliver! The complaints resolution team need to revisit the way they handle complaints cause quite simply by whole experience with Debenhams flowers has been nothing short of disgraceful. Complaint submitted weeks ago still waiting for response even though provided proof to a member of staff called Radostin. VERY UPSET AND ANGRY CUSTOMER. VERY POOR QUALITY.

Although having 50% off the normal price the flowers still cost £25. From the online photo they looked amazing, unfortunately this was as good as it got. Ordering a next day delivery ended up taking two days. Upon their arrival, my wife opened the box, firstly there was no card!! Secondly the looked like nothing in the photo and seemed to be cobbled together to try and represent the photo. Finally they only lasted 5 days! Very disappointed. Could have bought something better for £10 elsewhere.

Roses were fully open and wilted on arrival. Foliage was already quite smelly and had to be thrown away after a day. Not good for something which full price would have been £40, a bunch from the garage at a fraction of the price would have been nicer!

charged twice for the flowers apparently a system error flowers did not arrive when expected, despite ordering on 21st for delivery on 24th and receiving a dispatch notification of next day delivery on 23rd they took an additional 6 days to reach the recipient (29th) with no further notification of a delay - highly unimpressed especially as this was my first order

Very disappointed hardly any Fliwers look nothing like the picture. Had a 20.00 pound discount code. Which I felt they took 20.00 worth of flowers out. Was deliverd on Christmas. Eve as a special present for my mum . Would never order again.

Disappointed as had asked that if flowers unable to deliver leave with neighbour. Delivery date was 23 Dec delivery not attempted until afternoon of 24, elderly aunt was at home but by time she got to door card left and no attempt to leave with neighbours. I spend a lot of money at Debenhams and very disappointed. Won't be using this service again. Please give feedback.

Awful. A disappointing waste of money. The 'Spirit of Christmas' bouquet was supposed to be £49.99, but I purchased it with a discount. Even at a discounted price, I knew that I had wasted my money. I could have got a far better bouquet elsewhere for much less than this. The chrysanthemums in the bouquet were starting to brown at the edges when I received it. The roses were in bloom, so were dead by the time the tightly-budded lilles eventually flowered. The description stated that the bouquet would arrive in bud, so I timed my delivery for 23rd Dec, so that they would be starting to bloom around 25th. No florist would have coupled in-bloom roses with budded lilies. The flowers were never going to be in bloom at any point together. I will never purchase flowers from Debenhams again. A complete disappointment, and totally overpriced for what you get.
