Having originally made an order for a friends arriving in her new home it ended in my receiving of a beautiful bouquet and a bottle of wine a month later because of all the mess in-between Telling me that my friend's address did not exist knowing that she was living there was an insult Then sending a new order to me in a despicable condition added to the frustration I reckon I spent at least one hour on the phone or emailing (most of which were not responded to) to get nowhere. Never was I acknowledged as being a customer who needed service always it was passed back as my fault As i said earlier I received a beautiful bouquet ad even that had difficulties first in that there were no Hydrangea's available and then the next bouquet could not be delivered on the day requested. as they say a catalogue of errors When I suggested a bouquet and return of my money would satisfy my complaint in the first instance I was told definitely "no". That would have saved so much aggravation and my rating as above. It's such a shame as the flowers received a month later are beautiful and so far have lasted well Anne Cygler

So after having tried to contact customer services twice online using their 'my support' service and having been ignored twice, I couldn't resist the opportunity to leave feedback. My flowers were delivered 1 day late (anniversary plus 1) after having paid extra to nominate the date. The 'delivery' was in the form of just leaving them on the doorstep with no attempt to ring or knock. The flowers were (as I described them on the ignored my support service) a bunch of green. Not one single flower was open and this was after the flowers were a day older than they should have been. As you can imagine, I'm not impressed. If I could give minus stars I would.

The bunch of flowers that was delivered was not what I ordered. I ordered a large bunch of fragrant flowers and received a puny bunch of flowers that smelled of nothing. Very bad service indeed. I will stick to M&S in future.

Ordered my sister some flowers for her birthday, description said they would arrive in bud form. They did not. Emailed company twice with pictures, they sent what looked like a spam email with the word HELLO. Phoned up and made a complaint. Was offered refund or a re send. I went with a re send as these flowers were for my sisters birthday. I ordered a large bunch with my first order, so they agreed to send large bunch and vase as a gesture. I was pleased, until that is my sisters 2nd bunch of flowers arrived, again not bud form, totally wrong bunch and they were the small bunch not large. Total waste of money and my time dealing with your company. Not to mention I live over 300 miles away from my sister and you ruined her birthday present from me!

My friend was out when these were delivered, a card was left but it did not state the delivery was for flowers by the time they were collected they were not in a very good condition

I spent £49.99 on a Decadence Valentine's Bouquet that was barely worth £20. I got 2 roses, 2 lillies and another 4 blossoming flowers that never blossomed anyway. Loads of leaves with it. The extra £8.99 vase was tiny and looked cheap. I complained and never got a single penny back. I suggest that you pay them via PayPal to dispute transaction if unhappy with the quality of the service

Having placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered, I discovered it had not been actioned by having to ask the proposed recipient how they liked their flowers. They had not received them, leaving me in a very embarrassing situation as they were intended to be a thank you gift, making me look very ungrateful. I emailed Debenhams, asking if they had been delivered somewhere else, to receive a response of "we're sorry to hear your flowers were not received". This was an incorrect response to my question, did they actually read my email correctly? I was only worth sending a pre-prepared stock email. Having said that, they did offer to send a larger bouquet to my recipient as an apology, which I accepted - I had little choice. Whilst the situation was finally resolved, i.e. some flowers got delivered eventually, I was very unhappy with the communication I received and I feel I should also have been given my money back as a goodwill gesture. Flower deliveries are crucially time-specific and in this case the moment passed by about two weeks. It took me chasing up Debenhams to find out my delivery had failed to take place. After this, I am very unlikely to trust my flower orders to them again.

I was extremely disappointed with the flowers received. They were a birthday present, but looked cheap and I was somewhat embarrassed. I ordered because I wanted next day delivery and as it was on a Sunday, I had limited choices. Lesson learnt - I will make sure that I'm more organised next time! The bunch of flowers looked like they came from a petrol station and the accompanying vase wouldn't have been out of place in a 99p store. For the price and calibre of the store, I expected much more. I will not be ordering again.

Item not delivered and debenhams have no idea where it went. Managed to finally get the flowers delivered 3 weeks later than planned. Very poor and will not be using them again.

I ordered a large bouquet from Debenhams thinking Reputable Company Reliable Sadly I was wrong The flowers were ordered as a surprise to be delivered on a Sunday THE DAY AFTER which I paid extra for I also requested to leave in a safe place if no one was home Tuesday came still no flowers !! After making numerous phone calls and sending emails all of which were automated ( frustrating had I been able to speak to someone the situation could have been resolved much quicker, as the flowers were being delivered to the wrong address , at which the driver felt there wasn't a safe place to leave JUST AS WELL OTHERWISE I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN I then received an email saying they had been left at a convenience store THESE WERE FLOWERS , FRESH FLOWERS WHY WOULD I WANT THEM DELIVERED NOW 3 DAYS LATE NOT ONLY THAT MY FRIEND DIDNT RECEIVE A CONSIGNMENT CARD TO TELL HER TO COLLECT YHEM FROM THE STORE BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS AT THE WRONG HOUSE IM SORRY BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE DEBENHAMS FLOWERS

Awful, woeful service. My flowers arrived a day late having paid extra for next day delivery. I have sent two emails and have still received no reply. I think this is awful service and frankly I'm really disgusted as I feel like I've been fleeced.

Complete let dowm!!! Never received the flowers and was told they got lost. Customer service was shocking. When i asked to speak to a manager, i was told they were off that day due to ill health. I really thought i was dealing with a market trader and not a blue chip company, you cannot believe it. By the way, if complain to them, bear in mind the call centre is in Romania. Dont use them, try M&S.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday, when they come they were pretty much dead, I ordered a birthday balloon with them instead you send a congratulations one. Awful!

The flowers bought were nothing like the photo, half dead roses, a few baby Lilly's and lots of green foliage to bulk it out. I wrote a letter of complaint to customer support which was never replied to. Awful flowers & awful customer service.

I am really disappointed. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on a Sunday for my sister as I knew she would be at work the following week. The flowers were not delivered as no delivery note was provided. My sister contacted to arrange an appropriate place to pick them up and was advised she could pick them up from a neighbouring town which due to not being able to drive and working she could not do this till the following Saturday, hence the flowers have not been picked up as they would be dead. Complete waste of money which was very expensive and this is not the first time debenhams has not committed to the expected time of delivery. Will not be ordering again. Not happy. The flowers arrived on time for Christmas, but that is the only positive thing I can say about them. The look of disappoint on my Wife's face said it all. The Roses in particular, when unpacked, looked "burnt" at the edges, as if they had been left in the frost. Next time,I will buy some at less expense from my local Supermarket.

Very disappointed with the flowers that were sent as I had used Debenham's flowers before with no issue. They were chosen under the tab, sympathy. They were wilting, with petals falling off and looked very sorry for themselves compared to the image online that was full and bright. They arrived apparently well packaged, so unlikely that they were damaged in transit. Debenhams's offered an upgraded bouquet but this was not an option as the time for the sentiment had passed. The recipients were appalled at the quality and lack of thought that went in to their bouquet. That someone thought that it was acceptable. In their words .. it looked like it was made from Christmas leftovers. I will not be using them again.

My order 100186997 was not delivered on time, so it wasn't received by the people I sent it for . Totally disappointed. I'll not be using this service again .
