I ordered the rainbow bouquet as a gift for my Mother a few weeks ago, online they looked absolutely stunning and really colourful. When they arrived however, this wasn't the case the petals were very faded especially the greens and blues.

Wouldn't order again from Debenhams again, reason why I chose was because they deliver on a Sunday, the flower's didn't arrive until the after my mother-in-law's anniversary. I even wrote a mail complaining, I didn't get reply back.

I was so disappointed with my Debenhams experience and would never recommend them to anyone or use them again. I did already email to complain but received no response. I submitted 2 different orders at the same time choosing the guaranteed delivery day option (the deliveries were 1 week apart). Both deliveries were 1 day late and this was not the fault of the courier, it was the fact they were not dispatched by debenhams in time to be delivered. I received nothing alerting me of this or apologising - actually I received an email saying everything was on time and the delivery was successful!! The quality of the flowers was what upset me the most. I sent a picture with my original complaint as these flowers were retail price £39 and looked as thought they had come from a patrol station for £5 - never been so disappointed by a 'boquet' of flowers. They cannot be described as a bouquet actually and looked nothing like the advertised picture. The customer service then also upset me because there was none!! Still awaiting that....

Since you used the free untracked delivery service it's unfortunately impossible to know exactly why it took Royal Mail almost 2 weeks to deliver your flowers, as this goes out with the normal post. Once you contacted us we immediately refunded you. Sorry that you had a poor experience.

Not worth the large amount I paid for them. The flowers were fresh but the size of the bouquet was so much smaller than expected. Will not be ordering from you in the future. VERY POOR VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

I paid extra for them to be large and the look smaller than something I could of gotten out of a supermarket. I was disappointed as these were for my mums 50th birthday and the did not meet up to my expectations. The balloon I also brought was also very disappointing it looked like a big balloon on your website and it was a tiny little thing that was not worth the effort. This was not worth the money I paid and I will not be using your company again to buy flowers this was £50 that could of been used to buy something of better value.

I ordered a large and what turned up was smaller then a regular. Still disappointing but costumer Care are looking after me.

Flowers only lasted 3 days and there were only 4 lillies and 4 roses normally go with M&S but thought would give Debenhams a go bad mistake

So I ordered flowers from Debenhams the flowers where small did not look as if we had paid 30.00 for them looked like a simple £10.00 lot.

Sorry to hear that. I should point out though that you chose the free untracked delivery service and we do advise that this can result in orders arriving late as it goes out in the normal post.

I placed order on your online portal, it advised me if I paid for the premium service the flowers would be delivered the next day, I placed order on a Friday evening. The flowers however where not delivered untill the Wednesday, I even raised complain and sent evidence of the screeen shot stating when order would be delivered, even after complaint heard nothing back. The flowered where pointless as arrived to late

I'm genuinely sorry that your order didn't go as you'd hoped. The premium service guarantees delivery before 12 on the day of your choosing. According to our system and the order confirmation email you received, the date chosen was the date on which the flowers were delivered.

Flowers attempted to be delivered, no one at home.....card left without any description of item to be collected, item ( flowers) collected.........dead. Waste of money, 30 pounds, next time I buy flowers online while in Saudi I will be more choosy who delivers them !!!

Not many flowers- deceiving picture, showing more blooms than was received. Flowers were not in good condition when they arrived and only lasted 3 days. Very disappointing.

Not happy that I specified a delivery date and it came a day late. Birthday flowers need to arrive on the birthday

Hi there, Delivery and logistics were fantastic, the bouquet arrives on time and was signed for. However even with water and the sufficient amount of food the bouquet died within the first 4 days which was very surprising. We compared this to another bouquet of flowers we had in the same place and it was clear that the Debenhams flowers were just a little sub-standard. I'd love to order from you again though I'm unsure if I can trust the quality. Kind regards, Jordan Cummins

I asked them to leave flowers at front door this was not done so they spent a night in post office. Also there was only 3 flowers and a little foliage I would of been better buying them from a petrol station

Unfortunately, the bouquet looked nothing like the website image not as it was described. I paid extra for the larger bouquet and from the website descriptions, I'm pretty certain i received the standard size despite paying for the other. The bouquet was also past its best at the point of delivery and despite feeding and watering, had to be disposed of within 48 hours. When I compare that to a supermarket bouquet bought a few days later, of similar size and almost half the price which is still looking full and healthy a week later, this is particularly disappointing. This bouquet was bought as part of my wife's 30th birthday present - needless to say, she was also very disappointed.

I chose Debenhams flowers because they offered a Sunday delivery. This was for my mother-in law's 80th birthday and we were away at the time, so the delivery date was crucial. The delivery person went to the wrong address and so the delivery failed. There was no means of contacting anyone at Debenhams on the Sunday (no e-mail address or no out of hours number to contact the delivery firm) and so the whole point of the occasion was lost. The flowers were delivered on Monday, but by then the flowers were past their best. Whilst the customer services lady was very helpful on the Monday morning, I was very disappointed.
