Was quite disappointed with this bouquet, small considering I paid extra for a larger bunch, roses wilted on arrival and didn't keep well for long. I've had nicer and bigger bunches that have lasted longer from the supermarket

Paid extra for flowers to arrive next day. Flowers arrived 3 days late. Defeated the point of the purchase. Would not buy again. Please can i have a refund?

The Flowers arrived the day before I asked for the delivery - and the flowers never opened. Very annoying as they were for a special birthday present - will never order again.

I ordered the bew baby package which was supposed to include a bunny rabbit. The bunny did not arrive. This has left me really angry because the baby shower I bought it for is done now and it was supposed to be all part of the big day. Still haven't received the bunny toy which I paid for

Unfortunately I will be complaining and asking for a refund on my large bunch of peonies, which after 10 days have mostly died in bud form, despite me following care instructions to the letter. Totally unimpressed.

Oh dear, we're sorry to hear this. One of our team will be in contact to assist you. For future reference there are a couple of things you can do to encourage a peony to open. Firstly you can put the peony in warm water for a bit then back into cold. The other thing you can do is remove the excess sap. Sometimes peony are covered in a sap which stops them from opening. This can be removed by running them under warm water. Obviously it's too late for this bunch, so one of our team will be in touch to help you further.

My hydrageas melted the day after delivery and the peonies never opened. Very disappointed as was gift for wife!!! Did not look good.

The flowers we received were in very poor condition. I had them delivered on May 18th for my wife while I was away and when I returned the following day May 19th she had to cut the stems of the roses as they had softened at the bottom and also the lilies stems had also turned to mush and could not be saved. Please advise as my wife was very disappointed. Feedback from my father (I sent the flowers to his wife during a very difficult time for her recently). He phoned to say they'd arrived asked me how much I paid as there were so few flowers . His words "lovely gesture but next time spend a tenner in M&S & post them yourself love, you've been overcharged". I truly felt awful.

Hi, flowers - 300047754 I ordered my flowers on Saturday 14th may to be delievered on Sunday 15th May, they arrived between 11am and 12pm which I had to pay £7.99 for delievery to make sure they arrived before midday. Once I recieved my order, I thought I would be receiving a Beautiful Bouquet of roses and freesures in a vase, which from your website online this is what your meant to receive and I certainly didn't receive that. The postman handed me a long box with a bunch of flowers inside which didn't look anything like the photo's online. The flowers that were in the box were nearly dead, and not worth the amount of money I spent on them. I am very dissappointed and very unhappy with my order I received as they were for my Mum and Dad's Wedding Anniversary and I was disgusted to even consider to hand them to them. Within a day already the flowers are dying and neither the roses or freesures smell, and flowers are suppose to last at least 7 days. it is now day 3 since the flowers were delievered and they are dead, my mum is having to throw them away. I feel I have waisted a lot of money and will certainly not be recommending your flower service to anyone or be using it again. I would like my email to be reviewed and for something to be done. The website advertised free UK next day delivery and for this reason I chose Debenhams and placed the order. However, having chosen my flowers and having placed the order on the 30th April the delivery date was shown for much later and the flowers were actually delivered on the 6th May. I personally find this shocking as your advertising is misleading. There is some disclaimer stating that fresh cut flowers require longer but from next day delivery to almost a week later is a considerable difference and misleading. In fact I intend to contact Debenhams to investigate as to why the flowers were delivered so late. Thank you for your time, Ruth Tadina

Flowers ordered for my mums birthday in plenty of time supposedly next day delivery it was ordered on a Friday wasn't delivered Saturday or Sunday it was Bank holiday Monday so was eventually delivered on the Tuesday.In the add it said next day delivery also seven days a week.

Awful experience. The flowers did not arrive with the recipient, no way of tracking them, and no reply to an email I sent to complain! Still waiting for my refund. Will not be using Debenhams Flowers again.

Very disappointing, no wow factor for the hefty price paid ! Nothing like the actual photo on website, awful foliage and far too much of it. The only good thing is flowers are in bud as advised so will hopefully start to look better. Ordered to use their Sunday delivery for my Mum's Birthday but will never order again nor should you, take your money elsewhere. Overpriced and underwhelmed !!!
