Arrived on time and as requested. Very poor quality of flowers however - roses were wilted and pathetic from the start and past it by the time lilies had opened up. Bought as present so very disappointing. Wouldn't buy through Debenhams again and probably go back to Send a Bunch as they have always been consistent.

Never expected such a poor service from Debenhams . I am really disappointed with the delivery of Broken Items and Stale Flowers given to my daughter on her 40th birthday . I could have choosen any third grade supply chain and they could have given better service than Debenhams and I could have saved some money also . I will never ever use Debenhams service again and would also never recommend others to use it . Thanks you for wasting my time & money . Reeta Kumar ( India )

My girlfriend received these flowers and they were dead. Not happy as this was my first time ordering via Debenhams Flowers and I have spent a good price ordering these. Will not be ordering from here again. Poor service.

Bought flowers for my girlfriend. Delivered with no note so no clue who they came from. Poor show, especially after not even delivering the valentines order in February. I don't think there will be a 3rd chance for Debenhams.

I ordered what appeared to be a wonderful bouquet of flowers as I wanted to cheer up my girl. When the flowers arrived, they looked in poor condition and looked a far cry from the display picture on the website. NEVER again will I order from here. Poor 0/10

Ordered my partners favourite chocolate Ferrero bouquet for our 8th anniversary and instead she received a delivery of Lint chocolate bouquet which is one really does not like ..completely ruined the surprised and anniversary aswell as I had to go and purchase some from the local store. Since then have not even responded to my email which was sent last week.

The service was good, however the picture was unrepresentative of the bunch that arrived. The size was disappointing do the cost.

Bought flowers for my wife's birthday, and I have never seen a worse bunch of flowers in my life. Only about 6 flowers, the rest leaves. Expected better standards from a high profile retailer.

There should have been more than six flowers in the bouquet you chose. The contents of the bouquet are specified underneath the picture on the bouquet's product page. If what you received differs from this please call 020 3696 1129 so we can help you further.

Disappointing customer service with a generic response. You can't cancel an order as you have to give 48 hours notice which isn't possible. The product arrived with very crumpled paper. I also went through a link with Quidco (the only reason for using Debenhams) which hasn't tracked. Last time I shop with Debenhams.

Sorry to hear about the generic response. This is a fair comment, you wouldn't have had 48 hours between placing your order and your requested next day delivery. The person who answered your email should have taken the time to give you an adequate explanation. We will always do what we can to cancel an order even within the 48 hrs but in order for items to arrive at their destination at a specified date or time, then we have to process and get the order sent out by a certain time so there's a point at which we are simply unable to stop it. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention.

I am extremely upset and appalled with the quality of flower delivery service. I have ordered Birthday bouquet for my mother-in-law, to be delivered on 23rd payed extra for designated delivery to be in time for her birthday on 24th. I received confirmation of delivery on 24th yet there was no acknowledgement for the gift from her. I've waited to contact her on Monday in case her has and took her away and leant that she had not received any flower nor notification slip. And she's been upset about not hearing from her son and his family on her birthday. I've spoken to one of your representative and discovered that flowers were left on "safe place". Later it found out flowers was left sitting on neighbours door step who was away on holiday. Not following the instruction is one thing, but why you never leave the notice slip of whereabout of the delivery? Why do you leave it to the neighbour who didn't answer the door? Whole thing is just unbelievable. I am really let down with this poor service. You have ruined her birthday and our well wish which is supposed to be beautiful and filled with smile. It was totally ruined by such a stupid mistake which was completely avoidable. I understand mistakes can happen. What I'm upset about you have committed to be a part of people's celebration of life, take on board the responsibility, and made nothing in place to secure delivery. And please don't start blaming Royal Mail, it's Debenams responsibility what sort of delivery method to take on. Really you only have one chance to make it right - upgrade flowers and box of chocolate really doesn't compensate the ruined birthday, also the permanently ruined trust and image to Debenhams.

We're sorry to hear that the delivery didn't go as planned. Unfortunately there will be the odd occasion where deliveries won't be successful. All we can do is minimise those events and resolve them when they occur, both of which we are firmly committed to.

Online buying was easy. The flowers when delivered were a huge disappointment they looked as if they had been bought at a petrol station. Huge disappointment, I felt embarressed I had ordered them for a birthday surprise. Debenhams you need to do better, the flowers looked awful. What a disappointment and an embarrassment. Never again!

Very poor quality and thoroughly disappointed. Purchased bouquet for mothers day which was meant to include 6 roses, lillies and dressing. Item arrived with 3 brown rose heads, lilies that were still closed and no dressing so it looked like 6 stalks thrown together. Item cost £25 but looked worse than a £5 pick from a garage forecourt. Very disappointed mother as a result. Would not buy from debenhams again

Hello Paul, we're sorry to hear that your mother was disappointed with your bouquet. We do send out lilies in bud for longevity reasons and roses are sent out with guard petals which have the appearance of dead leaves and need to be removed when they're arranged. Unfortunately it's impossible for us to confirm whether that was the case with your bouquet since so much time has elapsed. Excellent service but potted plants have not survived more than a few weeks! This is despite carefully following instructions for watering etc. Very disappointed to hear this news from my daughter who received plant as a present from me several weeks ago.

Hello, sorry to hear that. Although we guarantee orchids will flower for 3 weeks, we agree they should, with care, do so much longer. Please be aware that if the orchid has stopped flowering it doesn't mean it's dead. If your daughter cuts it down to above the first node, it should flower again in 4-6 months and she'll once again be able to enjoy a beautiful orchid!

Ordered the flowers to be delivered in a vase as the recipient had just come out of hospital & was not mobile! However Vase arrived smashed!! I tried to make contact on the advertised flower email address but this was returned twice. I emailed Debenhams themselves, who said I needed to use the flower email address; I explained it did not work but too no avail they were not prepared to assist & stated I must phone the next working day! As I was currently abroad (as explained) this was not an option! I found Debenhams to be unhelpful & I would not use them again for Flowers.. Very disappointing customer service.

Flowers were ordered Just before Mother's Day. The message card was missing so my mum didn't know who they were from. Had to ring around the family.Within 3 days the flowers had all died. Emailed Debenhams with regards to the issues, Got an automated reply to say due to high volumes over Mother's Day they would get back to me. Still awaiting a reply. It is the first time i had used Debenhams flowers and from this experience would not use them again or recommend them

These flowers arrived half dead, the roses arrived drooping with dead leaves. Initially we thought if we put them in water they would perk up but no. After a day the roses had to be put in the bin. The rest lasted for five day but overall they were incredibly poor and not at all what I would expect from Debenhams. I have tried numerous times to ring to discuss this on the 0844 number given but that doesn't work either. Very sad as these were for my Mothers birthday ????
