Terrible! I thought the flowers that arrived the quality where awful. Worse than that when I e mailed to complain, I didn't receive a reply from my e mail. Will not be using again. Put me off Debenhams completely, and I have used Debenhams for years.

I ordered 3 sets of different flowers and all 3 were terrible. They all had a few flowers already withered away and the bunches themselves were small, nothing like in the pictures online. Also only 1 out of the 3 bunches had a greetings card. I was very disappointed.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day on 25th February and picked the day before as a delivery date as Sunday isn't a delivery option (5th March). Paid and confirmed the order but after giving my mother a call on Mother's Day I soon realised that they had failed to arrive. They finally arrived delivered by Royal Mail on Tuesday (3 days too late!) looking somewhat brown and past their best. I emailed customer services on the Monday and received no response at all and then tried to call them on the Tuesday but after being put on hold for 6 minutes I gave up. I definitely won't be using this service again!!

I ordered Mothers day flowers well in advance to be delivered on the day before. They did not deliver on the requested day, nor did they deliver on Mothers day but finally turned up the day after. Just to add insult to injury, the flowers were in a shocking state and were mostly dead. Surely Debenhams customer service department would be quick to deal with this mess you would think? No chance of that I'm afraid as despite sending them 2 emails requesting that they respond with some kind of answer as to why this all went so wrong, I have not even received the common courtesy of a response. Based on this experience, my advise would be go elsewhere for your flower delivery unless you are willing to accept dead flowers delivered late and an up yours attitude to customer service.

Bought flowers with a voucher deal for mothers day. Flowers were supposed to arrive on the Saturday but did not arrive until Monday. Several of the flowers were dead/ wilted and when these were taken out it made for a very paltry bouquet. Very disappointed and will not use again. I have emailed customer services twice but have had no response!

What I received was a pathetic amount of flowers for the money I was paying! Seen nicer bigger bunches I my local supermarket for about £5 which I should have just bought but thought I'd do something different and what I thought would be special but no never buying flowers from you again! Not a happy customer!!

Couldn't even really give 1 star. Shocking customer service from start to finish. Still waiting for a response from the beginning of March... Crazy! Will not purchase from again. Flowers dead on arrival, no contact from Debenhams as promised. Absolutely dreadful.

Horrible flowers, really poor quality. Roses were all open and virtually dead, lilly's were closed and never opened and green leaves were all dead. Complained and was offered a full refund, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for this refund. Called to chase and was told "sorry, we have a backlog from Mothers Day", why am I not surprised! Will NEVER buy again or recommend Debenhams flowers.

The Flowers I ordered were wilting after a day. I then wrote a couple of emails to ask if this was the case with all flowers ordered from Debenhams but didn't receive any response. I would recommend using a different flower delivery service

The flowers were actually fine, however shortly after placing my order instead of receiving an order confirmation email I received a different email telling me I hadn't quite 'checked out'. So I redid the order and of course a few hours later I got two confirmation emails! A good con to make me pay twice!

Flowers arrived on Mother's Day as ordered, the next morning my mom sent me a photo of the flowers they were dead! 3 times I emailed my complaint and photos of flowers and asked for a replacement bouquet to be sent, almost 3 wks later and after having to call again, I was given a refund and credit to my account I then sent my mom a larger bouquet to make up for the poor first one, I have to say they may not have died but they weren't worth the money. My morrisons Easter flowers that cost £7 were bigger and lovelier then my moms. Suffice to say I won't be ordering flowers again. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed to have to leav.e such a damning review. My daughter asked me to help her to order flowers for her Mum on Mother's Day. She had an offer on O2 priority and at least a week before Mother's Day she asked me to help her with my credit card to order flowers and have them delivered. She arranged for delivery the day before to ensure that it would be there on time. It didn't arrive on that day or Mother's Day, but the day AFTER Mother's Day. She was so disappointed that we went out the night before to buy her Mum chocolates as the flowers didn't arrive. This was bad enough, but they didn't arrive until the day after Mother's Day, and in very poor condition. So poor that even though my wife put them straight into water when they arrived about 12.30 on the Monday, but they still had to be binned on the nex day - Tuesday. This was also desperately disappointing. ALL OF THIS WAS BAD BUT I THEN EMAILED ( Unable to get a phone number to call!) ON THE MONDAY AND AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON THE DEBENHAM'S WEBSITE. NO ANSWER TO EITHER OF MY EMAILS. This was exceptionally poor after sales service. Totally disgusted personally. I have never used DEBENHAM'S online services before, and CERTAINLY WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN!

I had placed a order for morhers days for my mum which was flowers and a bottle of wine , I didn't recieve the wine and when I tried to contacted them nobody had responded to me

The flowers were supposed to be a half price special offer. Maybe that's because they were half dead in days. Not good.

I spent a small fortune on flowers for Mothers Day, my mums flowers arrived and were broken and half dead. We took pictures and sent an email, no one responded after 5 days so sent a chase whInch took another 3 days. I finally was asked whether I would like a refund or another upgraded bouquet. I opted for another bouquet, and we are still waiting!!

Both my husband and I on separate orders , purchase a boutique for Mother's Day my mums smelt of the cardboard box and had to bin them , my mothers laws flowers , well several were dead almost £100 down the drain. Will not be ordering from you again plus my husband complained and didn't hear back

I ordered a mothers day bunch of flowers in good time and asked for delivery on the Friday (which would allow an extra day for delivery) so they would reach my mum in time for mothers day. They failed to arrive. I rang Debenhams on the Monday and the chap I spoke to was very nice and said he would send an upgraded bouquet within a few days. These did arrive but I have to say I was very disappointed. It was 'ungraded' from my original order but the quality and quantity was not good. I would hate to think what my original bouquet would have been like. I will not order flowers from Debenhams again.
