Dead flowers, flowers missing, nothing like the bouquet requested. Emails not answered after ten days, followed by charging me over five pounds for a phone call to complain. Disgusted, never using this service again.

Having ordered some flowers from Debenhams for Mothers day, I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived in a timely manner on the slot provided - that is where the pleasantries stop. Since then, the roses in the bouquet died within a week (not unexpected for cut roses kept inside), BUT this was a whole 3 weeks before the lilies opened (or rather didn't open) - so much so that the lilies were then thrown in the bin because they NEVER opened. I contacted "customer services" on 18th March as I was unsatisfied with the quality. Having received no response within their "two day" guideline, I then waited and contacted them again on the 24th March. It is now the 4th April and having received no reply on both occasions again in March, I have been forced to send the third email to complain about now not only the quality of product, but the total lack of customer service, despite again receiving an automated reply to say someone would get back to me in two days. The flowers were not cheap, and they certainly were not of a good quality, especially for such a time as mothers day. The service has been disgraceful and to this date, nearly a month later, I still have had no response from your supposed customer services team. Wouldn't purchase from you again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and paid extra for them to be delivered on the Sunday but to my horror when they arrived half of them were dead and the rest were brown and dying. Extremely disappointed and will never order again

Flowers were for my Grans birthday, she said the quality and quantity for the money I would have spent was terrible. Won't order again.

I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received from Debenhams regarding my order. After ordering flowers for my mother on Mother’s day, for which I was very disappointed I wrote the below : Comment: Hi I ordered some flowers for my mother to arrive on Tuesday last week 1 March. Which they did. I visited her on Friday 4 March and was shocked to see they were dying. I paid £22 for these flowers and would expect them to last more than 4 days. I have taken photos of them and shall send if you require, I have previously ordered flowers from Debenhams and know they last a lot longer. I am very disappointed with these, She has done everything right she was asked to regarding their upkeep and they are not in particular hot room. I feel so disappointed with the quality this time. My mother is so polite and said they are fine, but as I bought them I am upset at the quality this time around. It has really put me off ordering flowers from Debenhams again. I can send photos if you would like me too to show the quality. My order number was [100207371] for ease of reference. I would like some form of refund or some gesture of good will. As it was mothers day - it was upsetting to see them. I received a response on the 16th March apologising for the delay in getting back to me – I have heard nothing since, today is the 4th April over a month since my order, and mothers day! Then Friday the 1 April I received a questionnaire asking for my review …. I feel I have been totally let down by Debenhams Flowers. I have bought flowers on three occasions, the first two orders of flowers were of high standard, the ones I am writing about now, were very poor and died within 4 days. I could have paid a lesser price at another outlet and had better flowers. Can someone please look into this for me. I shall not use Debenhams flowers again and if I do not get a satisfactory response I shall advise my associates and friends to give Debenhams flowers a wide berth. The service is appalling not to mention the flowers. I would like a full refund.

WAS TOLD THE FLOWERS WOULD ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY BUT WAS TWO DAYS BEING DELIVERED ALSO NO CARD WITH THE FLOWERS,VERY DISAPPOINTED.E-MAIL SENT TO DEBENHAMS NO REPLY!!

Promised and paid for next day delivery (Good Friday) never turned up til Saturday morning, missed the occasion for my partner. Disappointing

My order was held at the post office for two days and flowers was dead because of that. Very bad experience as they tryed to deliver flowers 10 minutes before closing post office so had no chance to collect it anyway. Personally I think cut flowers shouldn't be delivered by post but courier. Inspite of paying extra for fast delivery I was disapinted and angry at the end.

Do not buy! Flowers were browning when arrived and only had 3 roses and 2 lilies in bouquet. Definitely not worth the money. Customer service non existent, took 2 weeks to reply to my complaint.

I ordered flowers for mothers day, but they didn't turn up until 3 days later and the flowers were damaged and dying. I emailed twice to complain with no response. I called Debenhams Flowers to ask for a refund and waited 55 minutes on hold before giving up. I finally got a refund after calling the week after. Will certainly not use again.

I was extremely dismayed & disappointed to find that the Mother's Day bouquet I purchased was rather a let down! I was embrassed a rather annoyed by the poor quality of bloom, the lacklustre appearance, & lack of abundance. Frustratingly, their longevity was short lived to boot, so all round an over priced, underwhelming purchase, which has certainly put me off ordering through Debenhams Flowers in the future. Most disappointing!!

I recieved a completely different bunch of flowers to what I ordered that had completely different flowers in them. I did email a complaint the same day as Mother's Day but never got a response! Never ordering from debenhams again! Complete dissapointment for the money I spent !

Ordered flowers for my Wife for our anniversary and they were very nice. Ordered flowers for my Mother for Mothers day and they were not even as good as flowers from the local garage. They looked absolutely nothing like what I'd ordered.

Instead of sending oriental lilies, the ones delivered were the normal funeral lilies!!!! My mother was very upset, especially with a recent death within the family. After complaining, I have not received a reply. Ridiculous and never buying from debenhams again.

Order some flowers for my mother. They not only arrived damaged withing 3 days the rest were dying. Took 4 weeks before anyone got back to me from customer service. Really poor service all round.

The flowers were of very poor quality and not enough flowers for the price we paid. Won't recommend or buy flowers from Debenhams again

Bought the flowers for Mother's Day, when I received them on the Saturday the flowers looked as if they were already dead. I put them I water and hoped that it was just the outside of the flowers and that this would fall off and the flowers would be OK. Was embarrassed to give the flowers to my mum as they were such a state! Each day the 'flowers' were getting worse and in the end my mum had to bin them after 4 days as they were well and truly dead. Will never order flowers from debenhams again.

When they arrived the flowers that I ordered from Debenhams Flowers looked a very small bunch compared to the picture on the website. Not worth the money that I paid for them at all. Also, when I contacted Debenhams Flowers to ask why the picture looked so different to what had arrived, I received no reply. My advise would be to ring a local florist as you get much better value for money.
