I got these flowers for my Mum on mothers day and they turned up terrible. They were wilting, broken and pretty much half dead. They didn't even last 12 hours. I've emailed complaining about these flowers with pictures 3 times and I've had no reply at all. I will not be buying from here again and will warn my family and friends of the poor service.

Unfortunately this may not be the response you would like to hear. I ordered flowers for my mother in Swindon for mothers day. Using Debenhams as well established retail name advertising their floral facility. My Mother phoned us after receipt/ delivery of her flowers with the following response. 'Thank you for the flowers and the nice thought. I feel however it only right to let you know and hope you do not take offence. The flowers were in very poor condition'. 'The box they came in was very nice but unfortunately the contents did not match'. Later that week when speaking to my mother she told us the flowers had withered within a few days and that whatever we had paid for them she would not want us to do it again. I have in previous years used a local florist to deliver and have not experienced any issues. My choice this year to try a larger retail supplier may have proved to be a wrong decision. I did consider contacting you earlier to give some feedback on this experience but decided not to as delivery of flowers on Mothers day is quite a large logistical event and I put it down to bad luck. I am glad you decided to send this feedback form so you are aware of our/ my mothers experience. I hope some honest feedback helps improve your overall service. Yours Mr Sullivan, Plymouth.

Bought as a Mother's Day gift for my mother in law and was Very dissapointed with the quality and quantity of flowers. Some flowers were brown around the edges and some were broken. Will never use debenhams for flowers again.

Terrible company! the worst in fact. Customer service is in Bulgaria and when you do finally get through (after 8 days of trying) they are completely useless! Would avoid!!

I placed an order for a bouquet of freesias to be delivered to my mum for mothers day but when they arrived there was more greenery than flowers!! My mum contacted Debenhams direct with regards to this problem and they arranged for a replacement premium bouquet of flowers to be dispatched along wth a box of chocolates. The replacement bouquet had lillies in the bunch and unfortunately these never opened. I will not be ordering from Debehams flowers again. Extremely disappointed!

Very disappointed with the flowers, delivered late and dead when arrived. Even more disappointed that I emailed customer services with photographs twice without a response. Will not be using again.

Package arrived by Royal Mail, I knew thug away it wasn't going to be a great experience, the normal unfriendly service from the delivery man just handed me them as I was in the garage with dirty hands no comments from them drove off! Flowers started to die in two days roses didn't open up and one or two lilys failed to open, yes I emailed debenhams to complain with pictures to show what was happening, I am still waiting for a response! Three emails sent so far! Will never use debenhams again!

This was the first time I ordered Mothers Day flowers from Debenhams and will be the last. I had ordered flowers, chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco. Although they were under the heading of Mother's Day they arrived 5 days early. It wasn't until my sister visited my mum that I was made aware that the bottle of Prosecco was not delivery and the bouquet was more like a small bunch of flowers. I complained and was advised they would send a bottle of Prosecco and another box of chocolates for inconvenience. Advised as my parents were away not to deliver until 4 days later. I was assured it would but only to find out that a bottle of wine and chocolates were delivered the very next day of my complaint. On complaining again I was given a full refund. Very poor service and very disappointing from a company like debenhams to give such poor service.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day. They looked beautiful on the web page. This was the worst presentation of flowers, they were sparse and most of the flowers were wilted. This was an embarassment to give to anyone for a gift. To use Royal Mail for delivery of flowers is the poorest delivery service ever for floral arrangements. I would not recommend Debenhams flowers.

My mums mothers day flowers arrived dead! And they certainly were not worth the £30 price tag, a bouquet i imagined would have arrived in bouquet form and arranged in a cellophene with a bow or something. I couldnt believe they arrived in no water in a cardboard box!!!! I could have went to a local florist for the same money and had them beautifully arranged and presented. I only got refunded on the 2.4.16 so nearly a whole month after mothers day and i was told i could only have store credit which can only be used on debenhams flowers! I wouldnt want to buy them again after the terrible quality i got for my mum! I cant use the credit in debenhams, only the flowers so i am not a happy customer!!

Flowers ordered, arrived 2 days late than agreed. Two complaint emails sent - no reply. Telephone - hung up after 10 mins of no answer. Finally got through to a very friendly agent, refund paid. Would i buy from Debenhams flowers again, or recommend Debenhams to a friend? Probably not.

I ordered flowers for my mum on mother's day taking advantage of the ITISON offer for mother's day. They were to be delivered the Thursday prior to the Sunday of mother's day. They were delivered as arranged and I am told the packaging seemed most satisfactory. My mum did'nt say anything about the bouquet on the phone but I visited on the Sunday. By this time the flowers which had not already been removed from the vase were well withered. I thought the greenery could be used with other flowers but noticed that it was beginning to wilt. On my return home in the evening I emailed Debenhams regarding the flowers. The reply received asked for visual evidence of which there was none. I replied to say this and heard no more from Debenhams. And yesterday, a request for a review of Debenhams flowers received by email! I have never been disappointed with an ITISON offer before but this was really, really disappointing.

Very disappointed with the service and the quality of the flowers. I bought two bouquets for Mother's Day and not only was one of them not what I ordered but they were both dying by the time they arrived. I have complained several times to their customer services online and they have not got back to me. I will not be using them again.

Flowers late and arrived in an unacceptable condition. Unable to contact support centre via contact form, email or helpline (at a substantial cost to myself). Was offered a full refund which I never received. A very poor star rating is too good for this service.

Ordered flowers for.mothers day, which arrived two days late.and also not the flowers I ordered. Attempted to call CS on numerous occasions and in an infinite queue. Gave up after 20 minutes waiting. Now have big mobile bill! :(. Also sent email to Debenhams requesting a call regarding the order. Still waiting for a response nearly a month later. Considering legal action very disappointed. Would not recommend or use again .

I ordered flowers for mothers day...on arrival the flowers...roses where wilted and there was only 4 rises with green foliage which cost £26.99...on complaining and sending pictures. ..Debenhams agreed they were sub standard. It took nearly 4 weeks for the matter to be resolved as my emails where not answered in a timely fashion..and I had to call them in the end to get a full refund.

flowers arrived on correct day through normal post roses were dead and never opened. Mum and I were very dissiapointed. to uch work for me to complian. Would not buy again.
