Ordered Mother's Day premium lily & rose £22.94 - rose buds had fallen off and those that were open were brown and dead looking with the leaves mottled and brown. The lilies were also in the same poor condition. Mum (83 years old) was very upset and disappointed and I will never use Debenhams flowers again. I made a complaint via email on 7.3.16 and although I received an automated acknowledgement of my email I have never received a reply. I repeat, I will never use Debenhams flowers again.

Was not happy with the flowers I got delivered. They did not look like the photo, was embarrassed when I saw them at my mums. Have email you already to say this & my email has been ignored....

Mothers day package was very poor quality. 3 of the 4 roses either wilted or showed signs of going that way after only 2 days. The whole bundle was over priced and poor value. customer service is just as bad. I logged a complaint one week later and got the standard "sorry we are very busy" response, but had no follow up. Will not use ever again.

I sent an email to Debenhams flowers over two weeks ago.i received a standard reply but my complaint has not as yet been dealt with.i purchased an orchid to be delivered to my mother-in-law for mothers day.it arrixed in poor condition and died within days.i have asked for at least a full refund,but a reply has not been forthcoming.i am very disappointrd with the service I have received

Mother's Day Flowers was a disaster. Flower arrived as it was dying - there was no card to say who it was from and I ordered a balloon to complete my purchase and it did NOT come with one!

Ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day They arrived on time in the post, but were damaged in the box (flower heads damaged) I guess this is par for the course when boxing up flowers to send in the mail, rather than being delivered by a florist That said, the remaining flowers looked good. Sadly, they didn't last 7 days, and were wilting and browning after about 5 days. I could have got better presentation and life from a bouquet bought from the supermarket I won't be buying from Debenhams flowers again

well, for a start, i ordered flowers for delivery on the day before Mothers day. Got a message saying they were out for delivery late afternoon on actual mothers day so already overdue. Flowers eventually delivered the day AFTER mothers day so one slightly disappointed Mum. This counts as a failure to deliver the purchased service in my view so emailed debenhams customer service on mothers day to say non arrival and please give me a refund. To-date absolutely no response from them, not even an acknowledgement. I will not ever use this service again and will advise friends and family likewise.

I will not order flower's from debenhams again as they were not of good quality. And as yet they have not sent a replacement as agreed .

The flowers arrived the day after Mother's Day and were half dead! I can't begin to describe my mum's disappointment. I won't be buying flowers from Debenhams again.

Arrive 2 days late. Looked nothing like the picture. Half of the flowers hadn't bloomed and the other half were wilting already

Service over the phone was poor. Was promised a phone call back and never received it. The flowers themselves where embarrassing to give to my mum. I had to apologies for the poor quality. Never ever again.

I WASNT IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OR QUANTITY OF FLOWERS I ORDERED FOR MY MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER. I WILL NOT BE ODERING ANY FLOWERS IN THE FUTURE.

I have tried to complain since buying my mum flowers for mothers day yet no one has responded. Very poor. I have e mailed pictures that show the flowers arrived practically dead. They were certainly not as pictured or expected. I have asked for a refund and provided proof of the poor quality yet still no response??

£20 for dead flowers, two days after Mother's Day after I specifically requested them for the day before!! Also no response to my 3 emails of complaints. Plus when I called, I was put on hold for 20 minutes on a premium line to then be told to send an email! Shocking customer service.

I was really disappointed with quality of the flowers that I ordered for Mother's Day. The majority of the flowers were dead within two days of receiving the order. I contacted Debenham's Customer Services the day after I received the flowers to make a complaint (8th March 2016) and I still haven't received a response. Poor quality and poor customer services, will not be ordering flowers from them again!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, firstly they didn't arrived until around 5pm! Secondly, when my mum opened them some of the flowers were already dead and others were on the brink of dying! Thirdly they were NOTHING like the photos on the website, so much smaller and lots of green bits thrown in rather than the colourful bunch advertised. We were incredibly disappointed and definitely will NOT be ordering from Debenhams Flowers every again!

For Mother's Day, mum said stick to Next Flowers who I normally use. Shame really.
