You delivered the flowers a week after my mother's birthday. I mailed your support email twice to try fix this but was completely ignored. I've used various other flower companies in the past and they've all been much better at communication. I'm really angry at how this turned out and won't be using Debenhams for anything in future as you clearly have little interest in serving your customers well.

I didn't order anything from Debenham flowers but kept getting update to my account from Debenhams. Even though the email address on the order was different from mine. Thanks for sharing someone else's personal information with me it could have been really dangerous for them. I reported it to Debenham but got no reply on it so it goes to show what you think of no only customer privacy but also customer care. I only worry about where my personal information has ended up. ????

Flowers received were of poor quality, and the roses which had a supposed 7 day guarantee didn't even last 2 days. I've since emailed Debenhams customer service twice to complain & despite a 48hour response promise, never received a reply never mind an apology. Very disappointing Mother's Day gift & most definitely won't be using Debenhams again!

The flowers were half dead and both lollies had their heads cut. I ordered flowers from debenhams last year and they were in a poor condition but the recipient did not want to tell me. I will not buy flowers from debenhams again

Terrible £25 for 10 flowers 5 of each and they where wilting and going bad by the 2nd day. Would never recommend or use this service again !

The Mothers Day bouquet I ordered arrived when they said it would which is good. However the flowers were half dead or dying when they arrived. Not good considering I paid £45 for them and they looked nothing like the bouquet in the website picture. My mum threw out the flowers within a week. I myself received flowers from a well known supermarket which lasted MUCH longer. Nearly a month later some of my flowers are still alive in the vase! Definitely won't be ordering from Debenhams flowers again.

Flowers were for my mother in laws Mothers Day They arrived late and she was not impressed won't be using this service again as I couldn't go through the agro.

Extremely poor service not delivered on the date that was ordered arrived 2 days late. I have e mailed the customer service department 3 times to which I am still awaiting a response will not be using this service again.

The flowers arrived half dead and with loads of the heads fallen off. Rubbish, will stick with John Lewis or M&S in the future.

I ordered these flowers for my mum for Mother's Day had them delivered on the Saturday and by the Monday most of them had wilted and died so was very angry when my sister today me on the Monday at work about this as my mum did not want to say anything to me . I did e mail you but no reply I will definatley not recommend or be buy any more flowers from you sorry .

Flowers were ordered for Mother's Day but were not delivered until the day after and were considerably lower quality than those advertised. I have tried several times to contact the seller for a refund, but been ignored everytime.

As a regular Debenhams customer I felt it would be fitting to try out their Flower service for Mother's Day whilst I'm on exchange from university. The flowers are a little costly compared to other services but with the Debenhams named attached to it I hoped for great value. However, I was greatly disappointed. I was informed when my mum's surprise bouquet arrived some of the roses were stained brown, the leafs were torn and in terrible condition and died within 3 days. I paid £20+ for this bouquet and I was absolutely shocked with the quality. In total, once the flowers had all bloomed they only lasted six days from delivery. I have emailed the Flower Support several times and have received NO response from the 6th of March, my mother has also emailed on my behalf and phoned as I am not in the UK currently and the number rang out. Today, April 2nd I received an email asking me to leave a review of the service and now I share my SHOCKING and appalling experience of shopping with Debenhams, maybe if my issue had been resolved within the 2-3 working days as stated on the automated email response maybe I would have a different opinion. However, I urge you NOT to shop with Debenhams Flowers as the quality and non-existent customer service is atrocious.

The flowers never opened. I sent an email to the customer service team complaining, and have never had a reply or apology. My mother was very disappointed. I will not be ordering anything from you again.

Mother's day flowers were very disappointing. Flowers also did not last. Never purchasing flowers from Debenhams again.

The flowers were not as advertised as the colouring was completely different. The roses had died before the lilies flowered and I had to wait two weeks for a response after making a complaint. Very bad service.

Absolutely awful these were for my mums 70th birthday and Mother's Day disgusted only 6 stems of flowers which were already dying. Will never even consider using this service ever again

Flowers ordered for Mothers Day did not turn up on time, despite being ordered over a week in advance. Email contact was never followed up, causing me to have to chase by phone. Full refund agreed but never received- extremely unhappy customer. Will not be using again!

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday 5th March in time for Mothers Day on Sunday 6th March. The flowers arrived on Monday 7th in the afternoon, dried up and disheveled. I made a complaint to Debenhams Flowers Customer Service who replied saying: ' Whilst we normally aim to answer all emails within 2 working days, it may take slightly longer than usual to get back to you at this busy time. Please accept our apologies if this is the case'. To this date nobody has contacted me. I will not be using Debenhams Flowers ever again and will not be recommending you to any friends or family.
