I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, they were appalling quality and I complained. I was told my money would be refunded as yet I am still waiting for the refund!!!!!! Will not be ordering flowers again this is the second time I have been disappointed !!!!

Appalling quality flowers sent to both my mother and wife. The bunch, as I certainly wouldn't call it a bouquet, was very sparse with far too much 'foliage'. The roses were brown and they died about 3 days before the lilies even opened! What made matters worse was the fact that I did online complaints requesting a resolution to my issue(s) and despite being advised that I would receive a reply after a couple of days, due to them being so busy with Valentine's Day, I am still waiting some 7.5 weeks later!! Very poor product matched by very poor service.

Flowers not delivered to neighbour as requested, instead taken back to Royal Mail delivery Center, in no water. When picked up following day many were dead! Sent complaint email but had no reply. Very bad service

Flowers ordered for my mum & mother-in--law for mothers day. Arrived on specified day. Quality poor as already wilting, didn't last more than a few days! Contacted customer service by email a number of time, re complaint, received no reply, just generic email saying they were busy due to it being mothers day, same reply two weeks later ..... go figure! Won't be using this service again.

Flowers arrived and they looked very poor and died within the week. I bought them for my mum for Mothers Day and I was embarrassed by them. Never again.

The flowers weren't delivered on the day I requested, so ruined the occasion and they didn't even last a week. Won't be ordering flowers again

I will never buy flowers from debenhams again. They turned up half of them were dead. There were no chocolates or card. I complained and it took two weeks for a response. To was basically told if I bought more flowers I would get the chocolates. I will stick with marks and spencer. Better quality and most definitely better service.

I have written to Debenhams complaining about my flower delivery. They took four days to deliver, they were in poor condition when they arrived, the carnations had already gone brown. I have written twice and as yet had no reply.

The flowers were terrible and left me feeling very embarrassed on Mother's Day! They looked nothing like the photos, and the lollies were about a week away from blooming while the roses were on the cusp of dying so you never got to see them all in bloom. Very small and very pathetic. Not happy at all!

I bought two sets of these flowers at RRP £50. Plus delivery cost. I also bought £10 flowers from the local supermarket, each were for Mother's Day. The Debenhams flowers started to die within two days and looked terrible. One bunch was for my mum in Birmingham and another for my boyfriends mum in Newcastle. Overall very disappointed as the £10 flowers lasted much longer. Will stick to interflora

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day - they arrived on Saturday. On Sunday the Roses in the arrangement had all wilted and their heads all dropped. Looked dead! I contacted Debenhams support team on the same day & sent photos - I'm still waiting for this issue to be dealt with. I will not be using Debenhams to order flowers again!

Ordered flowers to arrive before Mothers day. They didn't arrive until after. I have contacted support 3 times and had no response. This level of service is not acceptable

Ordered two bouquets both were nearly dead on arrival very disappointing. Buy flowers from anywhere else apart from here! I have emailed debenhams on the 14th of March and received an acknowledgment and that someone would come back to me within 48 hours- still waiting! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

The flowers arrived barely a "bunch"! They looked half dead! Not fresh looking atol! I contacted debenhams to complain, they did not get back to me! In future I will stick to inter flora!

Bought flowers for Mother's Day and whilst they arrived on time and looked ok, they did not last. The roses withered and petals all fell off within 5 days and the lilies did not open at all, turned brown and dropped off. My mum regularly buys flowers and knows how to take care of them so was very disappointed that these did not even last a week. I emailed Debenhams to let them know this and have still not had a reply, 10 days later. Very disappointed that a nice gift did not live up to expectations and that the customer service team did not even give a response. Not using this service again.

Flowers were pretty much dead. Was able to get a full refund including delivery, which was good, but didn't help ok the actual day when mum received dead flowers!

Mother's Day flowers delivered Saturday poor quality flowers very sparse and died two days later will not be using debenhams flowers again. Also customer service was terrible took me four days and numerous emails to get a reply .
