Embarrassing, I bought these for a mother's day gift and asked for them to be delivered on the Saturday. I assumed they had, but they didn't arrive until the Tuesday. I tried ringing customer services about 10 times but couldn't get through so emailed but as yet I haven't had a reply. Not good!

Used Debenhams as they are a trusted company but the flowers arrived 2 days late and unfortunately the recipient had left for a short break. Whilst I acknowledge it may have been a Royal Mail issue Debenhams have not replied to any of my 3 queries. Very poor after care. Flowers however looked lovely from the photo the neighbour provided.

Ordered because for some reason Interflora couldn't deliver on the date I needed. Whilst the process of ordering was easy I needed them delivered for my Mother's 70th birthday on 2nd March. They eventually arrived 3 days late in a battered box with many of the flower heads damaged. Certainly not worth the money and not what I would have expected from a well respected name like Debenhams. I won't be using them again.

Flowers died within 2 days of receiving them, contacted customer services has received no response. Poor customer service, poor flowers

Absolutely awful service and sheer lack of customer service. I ordered two bunches of flowers to be delivered to two different addresses. At the point of ordering, I requested a set delivery day under the Free Tracked Delivery option as after checking the free standard delivery terms, it stated they may not arrive on the selected date and to choose another delivery option if I needed a guaranteed delivery date. This is what I did and I received an email order confirmation with the chosen delivery date on, yet I was informed by both parties that both of their deliveries did not turn up until after 2 days later! I am disgusted that this has happened. This is the first time I used this company for flower deliveries and I feel completely let down. Why offer the option of tracked delivery with stated delivery days if you cannot meet these needs? That should not be advertised as an option if you cannot fulfill it. At no point was I contacted and informed that my delivery was not going to be on time and at no point since have I received any contact explaining why. I have sent in a complaint and contacted the company again a further two times and still no response, apology or explanation from them. Don't use them....find another company that won't just take your money and let you down.

The flowers were very poor quality within two days they were dead. As they were for mothers day was very upset with this.

As I am now living in Australia I ordered 2 lots of flowers one bunch for my mother & one bunch for my mother in law for mothers days as I could not give a gift in person, I found your site on line, because it was debenhams I thought I would get excellent service how wrong could I be, both bunches where half dead when delivered and where thrown out often 3 days so much for the 7 days of freshness guarantee. I emailed debenhams twice over two weeks after delivery to express my concerns but all I got back was an automated email that the offices where very busy and would be in touch soon, still no communication from debenhams will not ever be buying from debenhams flowers or debenhams department store again if this is the usual response.

The flowers that I ordered for Mother's Day, looked lovely in the picture but were absolutely awful when they were delivered. I contacted Debenhams on the 8th March to complain, by email, which I then had to follow up with two additional emails, still no response. I then telephoned on the 1st April and have now received a full refund - terrible flowers and terrible customer services from Debenhams - will not use again.

Flowers delivered half dead. As they were Mothers day flowers, my Mother complained to Debenhams twice in email with pictures and only received a automated reply. Finally after 2 weeks of trying to resolve her self my Mother gave up and told me (son) about the dead flowers and the very poor follow up with Debenhams. I spoke with Debenhams who offered to upgrade a bunch of flowers (what was the point as not Mothers day), Then they agreed to refunfd the flowerss. In summary dead flowers and very poor service from Debenhams. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Very poor. Roses drooped in a couple of days before they opened. Extremely disappointing as they had been bought for someone for a special occasion. My first and last purchase from Debenhams Flowers I am afraid.

Worst. Customer service I have ever received. My flowers were ordered for Mother's Day and arrived damaged. On your website it states that the flowers will be delivered in bud form, but they arrived with every flower open. After £18 worth of calls, I didn't even get to speak to a representative. Seriously! Then after numerous emails and tweets over a number of weeks I finally received my refund after a month and £20 credit which I will not be using! Thank you Debenhams flowers!

Half of my delivery was missing, when I emailed to have this resolved my email was ignored. Will not order from here again.

Ordered for mother's day. The flowers arrived a day earlier than they should have, yet they were still virtually dead when opened. Contacted debenhams, they wanted photographic evidence, but after some discussion, they agreed to send a replacement bouquet. These never arrived, and had to contact them again. Full refund given and credit for another bouquet, however this didn't remedy the fact my mum had no flowers for mother's day. Will never use debenhams again for flowers.

Well what can I say? An awful service. Ordered a large bunch of Lily's, costing over £30, to be delivered to my fiancés work. They arrived, a very small bunch of flowers so I was a little disappointed but the big disappointment was that only a few buds opened and the majority died before they blossomed, incredibly poor value. Compare this to a bunch from Sainsbury's a few weeks before for Valentines Day for over half the price and the difference is massive. Sainsbury's obviously care about quality unlike Debnemham's. The biggest insult is that I have contacted the customer care team via email on two different occasions and still not heard back. Incredibly bad customer service and if I were you avoid at all costs! Very poor indeed.

The flowers i ordered for mothers day arrived very poor half of them brown and dying. After 2/3 emails and phone calls to the customer care service and photographic evidence, they replied saying that on this occasion the flowers were not up to standard and that they would send mum another bouquet if that is what i would like them to do and to get back to them at my earliest convenience which i promptly did saying that i would like mum to have another bouquet. Mum has still not received them i have e mailed another 2 times but with no response. If i had not sent a photo of the flowers i would not have had a reply. I will never by flowers from there again i will stick to the supermarket. Customer service and flowers absolutely rubbish. I wish i had read the reviews before hand. i s

I was very dissapointed with the 2 bunches of flowers that I purchased with Debenhams flowers. Once I placed an order I was unable to change the address of one of the orders and the customer service representative was very unhelpful and came across as "it's not my problem" one-off the bouquet of flowers was damaged and left outside our house. A service I would not use again. Waitrose flower service is far superior and I would be returning my custom to them in the future.

Hi I sent an email to complain to say the bouquet advertised wasn't the one sent !! It was of poor quality I've had a better £5 bunch at lidl !! they lasted 2 days and still no one got back to me reguarding this order !!!

Flowers were poor quality. Emailed twice - once asking for replacement which was ignored, and second for a refund which was also ignored. This was now 3 weeks ago. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

I filled in your online complaint form after the flowers I ordered for my mother for mothers' Day arrived late and were of poor quality. You didn't even bother to respond. Needless to say, you won't be getting any more flower orders from me.
