The flowers sadly lasted less than a week. Disappointed.

My partner and I both ordered flowers for our mums for Mother's Day. They were half dead by the time they arrived and were in the bin 4 days later. I have contacted Debenhams via email twice and my mum phoned to complain herself. We have yet to receive a response a week later. I would say stick to supermarket flowers, as they are less than half the price for double the amount of flowers and last weeks longer.

Very disappointing service, the flowers came in a box which they must have been left in over night as they were dispatched at 11pm according to the tracking information so we're without water or light for over 12 hours before they were delivered meaning they were drooping and looking very much worse for wear. Additionally the box clearly had not been handled with care as a number of the flowers came squashed and with snapped stalks. To further add to the poor service I wrote to the debenhams customer service team via email and sent pictures of the flowers to clearly demonstrate that they were not in an acceptable state for sale and almost a week on I have received no reply, I would never use this service again and would definitely not recommend anyone else use it either as the premium price clearly doesn't guarantee premium products or service

Flowers arrived on time and my mum was happy, but I later found out an item was missing. I contact via the website twice and still no reply (it's been over a week). Also rang the contact number twice and been on hold for over 5mins both times - unimpressed with their customer service.

My mother's day bouquet arrived 3days late in full flower and wilted! Am still waiting for a n acknowledgement of this from you for the huge disappointment which I emailed you 4days ago!!

I ordered flowers through a coupon and paid for them to be delivered before mothers day. They were late. They were half dead I have emailed customer support several time with no-one getting back to me. Very disappointing

Flowers were absolutely awful, would never order from Debenhams flowers again. They were delivered to my mother in law for Mothers Day and I felt so embarrassed when I saw them that I went and purchased another bunch from the local florist.

Flowers ordered for mothers day. Turned up as expected but the quality of the bouquet was appalling. Very few flowers, (3 roses and 3 lily stems and just loads of greenery) and within 36 hours the roses were badly wilted and dying. Never written a scathing report before on anything but these were just awful. Have written e-mail to customer complaints but no response as yet. As far as I was concerned they could come take the flowers back as it was embarrassing for me to have sent my 70 year old mother such a poor product. Strongly recommend avoiding Debenham's flowers.

Whilst my mother day bouquet was delivered on time, it was thrown over the gate and left in the middle of the driveway. My mother later found the flowers when she took the dog for a walk. The flowers survived but were flattened.

Very disappointed in the flowers I ordered. They were for Mother's Day and half the flowers were dead. I complained on Sunday via email and have not heard anything back. Extremely poor customer service.

Shocking service by Debenhams! Mother's Day flowers not delivered as promised. I have sent three emails asking for someone to contact me but no response. I have tried calling the Support Line but gave up after 15 minutes in a queue. They're obviously dealing with lots of other unhappy customers. If the option was available to score 'zero' then that's the score they deserve. Absolutely appalling service!

i ordered the flowers because the picture showed them in a glass vase which i thought was what i was ordering when it arrived it was in a box the ad was very misleading and i was dissappointed with the gift.

Completely and utterly spoilt my mother's day gift. Flowers were wilted..there was more foliage than flowers. My mum called me within minutes of them arriving saying they were the worse flowers I have ever sent her. I immediately sent and email in to complain which was 5 days ago still waiting for a response. I tried to call also but was in the phone queue for ages so I hung up. I have only given one star for the fact that they were delivered on time. I could have got better quality flowers from Lidl!!!..I will be going back to Next and M&S for my flowers...totally disappointed with flowers and customer service or diservice I should call it.

I couldn't make it to mums this mothers day so had to rely on a flower delivery service. I chose Debenhams as I've always found the products the stock to be good. Unfortunately on this important occasion they didn't live up to their reputation. The actual delivery was on time however the quality of the product was not up to scratch. Mum was disappointed as some of the flowers were dead and all were unopened. We have since left them 4 days and very few have bloomed. I shan't be using this service again.

I received a text message informing me that the Mother's Day flowers would be delivered between 11.28 am and 12.28 pm by a driver called Junior. I dutifully told my mother to expect the delivery and forgot all about it. The delivery was eventually left outside my mother's back door by a driver, bizarrely called "TWO" at 5.43pm. I received no updates as to why the delivery would be late to reassure my mother nor an apology for such late delivery. I will not use this service again as it cannot be trusted.

Awful. Ordered three weeks in advance to be delivered sat 5th march. Only got to post Office Depot that day so flowed say in depot till delivery Monday. Late for event ordered for. Looked terrible. Totally let down. Will never use again.

I would not recommend the box was battered on delivery, the flowers were all drooping and the leaves has been cut and browning, the flowers were in bud they had all opened. A very poor display of flowers that absolutely destroyed my Mother's Day gift.

I ordered two lots of flowers for Mothers day. Delivered to two different areas of the UK. Both sets of flowers were delivered dead and looked nothing like the images. I emailed Debenhams as soon as they were delivered and I still have not had any response. I will never be using this service again. They have let me down, let my mother down and they have let them self down.

Paid for a timed & dated delivery. Flowers delivered three days late, dead leaves & very dried out! No communication to advise me not going to be able to deliver in time for Mothers Day. Parcel tracking said that flowers were in a distribution centre all weekend. One very disappointed customer who had arranged early delivery to avoid the possibility of this happening. One very disappointed customer who should have gone to a florist.
