Really disappointing. The first time I've ever ordered from here for my Nan's birthday. They arrived with the roses dying and the lillies haven't even opened. Only had them up for 3 days before throwing away .

Ordered flowers for both mothers. One set lasted only 3 days. Use another florist.

The flowers arrived on time but had a call from my mum to say they were all droopy. Looked very poor and frankly embarrassing. I have contacted Debenham's customer services through their website but they do not have the courtesy to respond. Would never use again. Gives Debenhams a very bad name.

I am horrified by what I received. One batch was dead and late and the other batch died a day later. We only received also a few flowers and not a bouquet. My nana and mother are in tears as I spent a lot of money on these flowers and I certainly didn't get my money's worth. I spent £65 combined and would not recommend you to anyone. I want my money back and I will be phoning to tell you what awful service we've received. Awful. Last time I use this service again

Absolutely disgusted at what was delivered to my Mothers house for Mothers day! Flowers had wiltered and resembled nothing of the picture shown when ordering. Sent in a complaint as this service was unacceptable and upsetting.

Flowers received are a poor representation of what was advertised. Few were broken and flowers were sparse and not in good condition

Last year I ordered two lots of flowers both absolutely beautiful which I expected from the debenhams brand so had no second thoughts about doing the same for this Mother's Day though I have been left very disappointed both were very poor one had 5 stems no foliage just looked a bit pathetic the other had a couple more stems but the only foliage was a couple of limp leafs I have emailed to complain but as yet have had no reply each bouquet was £25 was was received was more like £ 2.50 I'm so disappointed

Flowers were dying when received. Day 1 and they're already wilting. Very disappointing. Petrol station flowers are much better than this!

Delivery was on the day requested and that was about the only positive about this order. These flowers were purchased for Mother's Day. Delivered on a Saturday some heads of flowers found in bottom of box even though box was visually undamaged. All instructions followed re keeping of flowers and by Monday morning they have all drooped , my mother is a flower arranger for local church thus has some experience in care of flowers , she rang me this ( Monday ) morning in shock saying she had followed the instructions kept them is a cool place out of direct sunlight and still they have all died. In her own words " Last year they lasted for a week, this time they haven't lasted two days" I am very very disappointed, and will think twice before ordering again.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet of roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. What arrived, were not, by anyone's perspective, deluxe. I contacted customer services and didn't receive a reply. I chased them up and eventually got a response, they offered to send a new bouquet out as an apology, this never arrived. I emailed again and once again didn't get a reply. I found the head of customer services email online and contacted him directly, he didn't even bother to reply, instead getting someone else to handle my complaint. Almost 3 weeks past and eventually a bouquet arrived, even though I've asked for a refund, which never arrived. I was a first time customer, I shall never use Debenhams for anything ever again.

The flowers I originally ordered to be delivered on the 9th Feb didn't show up, on the 10th Feb I spoke to someone about it and they apologised and said they would send out another bouquet that day which would arrive on the 11th Feb. That bouquet didn't arrive until 12th Feb and it was poor quality and looked nothing like the picture!! I will never use Debenhams Flowers again!!

For valentines day Debenhams delivered the wrong item. Instead they delivered cheaper flowers to what I had ordered and paid for. There was no telephone number to contact. Customer services was conveniently closed. The only reason I ordered from debenhams was because the flowers were part of a gift set. And my message card was delivered with the incorrect item sent there wasn't any message card on the flowers. Very disappointing. Offer me a gift voucher when all I wanted was to give the correct flowers I had chosen and gift set with my message on the card. Ruined valentines day! The cheap wrong flowers delivered were half dead in a box and died within the next 4 days.

While I cant fault the delivery service for the flowers I purchased, I am somewhat dismayed at the quality of the rose and lilly bouquet choice I made. All but one of the rose stems withered considerably within 2 days of arrival and the lillys failed to open properly over the course of a week. The flowers were positioned on a dining table away from any direct source of heat so I fail to understand why this should have happened

Flowers were not delivered when requested. They were for Valentine;s day and because of the poor quality of the flowers my wife advised me never to buy flowers from Debenhams again.

For the money and to say it was large bunch, I felt ripped of to be honest. Basically got a bunch that was a small from an independent florist but payed for a large from Debenhams. I thought been from this retailer that the size would be a good one, sadly not. I won't be using this retailer again for flowers. They only lived for 1 week also. Very poor. Avoid and go to an independent, especially don't get value for money at Debenhams for flowers.

Awful and I have been waiting on a refund which is taking forever. The flowers were of poor quality and a couple were sagging and the leaves looked like they had been burned in hot sun. Not good enough I have to keep asking what is happening with my update on refund, do not buy shocking customer service.
