Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered too late for Mother's Day. I ordered 3 weeks in advance to ensure flowers arrived on time. I live 400 miles away from my mum and specifically chose a company I trusted to deliver flowers on a specific day. My mum is hard of hearing and she has to sit by the window when expecting a parcel as she cannot hear the door. She did this on the Saturday, waiting for the flowers. I was very upset to discover no flowers arrived for her. She then spent all day on the Sunday, waiting at the window, even though I told her they were not arranged for Sunday delivery. I mailed to cancel delivery as I did not want her to keep waiting by the window, however, I have had a reply. The flowers arrived on the Monday. Not good enough, very disappointed.

Absolutely fuming! The flowers that I ordered for Mothers Day arrived on Friday 3rd March. There were 4 roses, which were open and browning and 4 lilys, 2 of which were broken. These were nothing like the picture, there were much more of each flower. I went to see my mum on Friday evening and was so embarrased, disappointed and disgusted when I saw the flowers. When I came home, I had a look on the Debenham's site but this particular bouquet had disappeared, I wonder why? I tried to phone customer services to complain but they do Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. It's now Monday 7th at 11.30am and I've been on hold for 20 mins because all of their operators are busy. I bet they are!! They have 2 customer service numbers listed on there site and only 1 works. They also said that the customer service phone lines would be open on the weekend of Mother's Day on their site but not true. Never, ever again will I give money to Debenhams flowers. I'm absolutely disgusted! I've written an e-mail to customer services and this hasn't been acknowledged yet. Don't take the chance, buy from somewhere else.

Bought a bouquet for Mothers Day and there was only 4 pink roses and loads of greenery. Won't be buying again !!

the flowers were not delivered on the day i ordered despite the order being placed over a week beforehand. The intended recipient had left so the purchase was useless. I sent an email of complaint but 5 days later i have still not received a response.

I have email your customer service dept this week to complain at the standard of flowers delivered to my mum on Mother's Day but as yet have not received any answer ! My mother received them on Mother's Day and by the evening the roses had drooped and by the next day the whole bunch had withered up and looked like flowers that were 5 days old at least!! This was really upsetting for me to hear as I had ordered them at least 2 weeks before as I was away on holiday until the 7th March and wanted to make sure she received a lovely fresh bunch of flowers on mothers day ! Will not be ordering from debenhams again! Poor customer service as well!

Thank you for emailing me to write a review for you. It's a shame you haven't responded to my 2 queries for help and an explanation after my mother's day order was a whole day late. I see from your Twitter feed that I'm clearly not the only one to experience such terrible service. Wouldn't use you again for flower delivery.

The flowers arrived looking really nice but the next day over half of them were dead or droopy. There was a lot of foliage to bulk out the bunch even though there was "50% extra". Obviously they use it fill the bouquet out instead of getting extra flowers. Have used Debenhams flowers before and had a good experience but this time (Mothers day) I was extremely disappointed. Made a complaint but have not got anywhere, £30 wasted - should of gone else where!

I am really disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They only lasted 3 days before they had to be put out as they had died. I bought 2 bouquets for my mum and mother in law. I will not be using the service again

Flowers were delivered a day early and we're very poor quality were dying by the date they were due to be delivered I emailed and after 4 days of waiting on a response I had to call was offered new flowers and free chocs I asked for a full refund which they agreed to but no compensation. Very poor customer service . Left me quite embarrassed and an elderly lady disappointed. Never again

Awful service. I paid extra to have flowers delivered to my mother on Mother's day. I received an email the night before saying that they had been dispatched. However, on Mother's Day I received another email saying that they were being delayed and wouldn't be delivered until the following day! I spent a very long time on the phone on Sunday trying to get through to someone to cancel the order, but couldn't get through on any customer service number. I tried to leave a message via the contact form online, but this just bounced straight back to my inbox. I have also tried to make contact via Facebook but keep getting the same message that someone will contact me. I certainly won't be ordering flowers from Debenhams again.

Flowers looked battered, half dead at the door, lollies never flowered and there were only 3 roses. Wrote a complaint and was asked for pictures, sent pictures and now a week later still haven't heard back. Very disappointing as they were sent for my mums birthday and I live in Australia. I just want her to get some nice flowers..... Will debenams help??? Still waiting!

The order came on time so I'm happy for that. The flowers that came, 3 of them died within 8 hours. It's a bit unacceptable to pay £25 for a pot of flowers, and then for 2 of them to die so quickly. I won't be ordering from Debenhams flowers again.

I ordered two mother's Day bouquets for my mother and mother in law. I was very disappointed in the presentation and condition of the flowers. They were wilting and falling apart when they arrived. They both commented on the lack of flowers and the poor quality.

Most disappointed in the flowers purchased for mother-in-law's 80th - such a small bouquet (would have been better buying a bunch from Tescos!) Received on the Tuesday, dead by the Saturday. Shan't be buying from here again.

Sorry, but if you honestly have the audacity to charge £30 for the "bouquets" I got as an offer with itison for £18 then at least Dick Turpin wore a mask! Service excellent price excellent - actual flowers - shocking. Got them as Mother's Day gifts and both mum and mum-in-law commented on the poor quality (they are the most laid back people I know) too much greenery and hardly any flowers plus they died very quick. Testosterone are a 3rd of the price and they last for weeks. Lesson learned.

We were very disappointed with these flowers. They began to wilt the day after they arrived, and some had to be thrown out at that point. I wont use this service again.

I ordered some flowers for mother's day ready for delivery on the Saturday before. However, I was really angry and disappointed when they arrived. The picture had showed a beautiful spray of flowers, but when they arrived the box was tiny and the flowers looked like I had bought them from the petrol station. I had to go out and spend more money to try and fix the problem so overall really a waste of money

Ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day for my mum and mother in law. They both said they were ok so I went to investigate. Appalled. Near dead, drooping flowers that looked worse than those on a garage forecourt. To say I'm livid would be an understatement. I used debenhams as I thought I would get a product that matched the description. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
