It's hard to write a quick review about such a poor quality service but here goes. Described as a "beautiful bouquet" what we got was a bunch of flowers for our £30 that would have cost £10 in Tesco. They were were dead within 4 days. They were not delivered when they said they were going to be. My 10 year old son (who bought flowers for his mummy) and I went looking around the area and tracked down the courier and stopped him in the street to get package of off his van. I sent three emails complaining but never got one reply. Spent at least an hour on hold on phone trying to get through to complain. Eventually I did only to be told "sorry sir,we are very busy" . Full refund given. Will never use again and neither will any of my friends or family. Disgraceful goods and services. You should be ashamed.

I brought flowers for my mum for mothers day. They came squashed up in a box to start with. Then only lasted 3 days and had to be thrown away. Very very poor value for money! Would never purchase flowers from debenhams again! Nor would I recommend anyone else to waste there money!!

Hugely disappointed, when flowers were delivered they were already past their best, and they had to be chucked out within 48hours! I would not order again.

I will never use Debenhams flowers ever again, I sent a bouquet for my mother's day, and some of the flowers were dead within a day. I always send flowers to my mum at least 4 or 5 times a year and I thought I would try debenhams with the view that if it was a good service I would continue to use them. This is a definite no. Terrible do not use these suppliers

Flowers were suppose to be delivered in bud to bloom at home all fully bloomed and died after 5 days

Flowers delivered the day after Mothers Day having paid for Sunday delivery, utter disgrace. Emailed customer service numerous times and got automated emails saying we will respond in 48 hours. Got nothing so called and instantly offered money back. Appealing service from a company I would expect more from

Flowers arrived in a terrible condition, half dead and limp, absolutely nothing like the photograph on the website and half the size. These were supposed to be a gift for my mother on Mother's Day but they were in such a poor state and so embarrassing they ended up at home and then eventually in the bin with me forfeiting my own gift from my partner so I would not show up empty handed to my mothers house on Mother's Day. Will never order from this site again.

Wrong flowers sent for mothers day and they were damaged. Sent complaint one week ago and yet to receive a response . Am looking for full refund and 2x £10 gift vouchers as compensation. In meantime have stopped shopping at Debenhams and cafe. Please respond. Thank you.

I wrote a complaint the day after it was delivered which was in March. And no one even got to me. The flowers came and was much smaller than expected and they were all dry. It was for mothers day. I thought mum would be happy opening it instead her face dropped. Horrible flowers. Never ordering from here.

The flowers I ordered for mothers day we're rubbish two flowers were completely dead and they didn't last two days very disappointing from Debenham will never use Debenham flowers again

I ordered what should have been a lovely bunch of roses and lilies for mother's day, but just 4 roses were delivered with no lilies and nothing like the description. I've emailed Debenhams Flowers' support mailbox three times over the past month and each has just been ignored! Very poor service.

The flowers I ordered for a Mothers Day gift were wilted and had to be put in the bin five days after they were received. I received flowers from a different supplier as a Mothers day gift and the difference was night and day. The other suppliers flowers looked so much more vibrant, healthy and lasted a full 2 weeks. I know things can sometimes go wrong, so I contacted Debenhams flowers on the 9th of March. Their auto response said, as it was a busy period, it may be slightly longer than their usual 2 days, before I would receive a reply. 19 days have passed and still no response, despite me sending a second e-mail. So, unfortunately, in my view, the poor quality flowers have been matched by the poor quality customer service.

Flowers arrived a day early and lasted for 2 days before they started to wilt, lillies never flowered despite being looked after as per the care instructions. Tried to complain and have waited over 2 weeks with no answer despite Debenhams acknowledging receipt of my complaint. Would not recommend or use in the future.

Worst service ever! Ordered for delivery on the saturday (as we were away on the friday) but they delivered on the friday and left them on the doorstep and af course they had disappeared by the time we got home. So that was valentines ruined i emailed them and they were helpful and offered a replacement order and a few extras so i accepted for mothers day, the roses were missing in the order of roses and lillys, and the wine was not the type i have arranged with them via email. So (from the kids) she got a box full of stringy grass, 3 lillys that didnt bloom and a bottle of wine she doesnt like never again!!! even with the credit they gave me for a future order

A terrible bunch of flowers. Embarrassingly bad. Made me look like a complete cheapskate. A few very small already browning roses and four unopened lillies. A bunch of flowers should have an instant impact, these Just looked awful. By the time the lillies opened the roses were practically dead. Tried to contact customer services only for the numbers to be out of action and there has been no response to my emailed complaint. An awful, awful service. Avoid.

Mother's Day bouquet was a disgrace, hardly any flowers and the ones that came were brown and looked as if they'd been eaten by something. Contacted customer service and to have still had no response more than a week later. I will not use again or recommend.
