The flowers just did not blossom, in particular the roses. Very disappointed.

The delivery was fine but the Twin Pink Orchids wilted and die in less than two weeks. The leaves looked scorched when the plant was delivered. Very poor quality.

Ordered roses to be delivered on valentines day. Upon arrival, the vast majority were dead or wilting. Completely disappointed and want a refund.

Was disappointed with the flowers I ordered. The bouquet didn't look anything like it did in the pictures. It was much smaller and flowers looked half dead and they died within a week. Got a much better bouquet from Tesco for less than half the price which were bigger, looked better and lasted longer. Wouldn't recommend.

Very disappointed with quality and value for money of bouquet. After sales service extremely poor, almost non existent, complete failure to respond to complaint and unable to get through on the telephone despite several attempts and being on hold for an unacceptable time. Won't be buying again and will give negative feedback to friends and family.

Dear Sir I would like to say how disappointed I am in the Roses I recently bought for my wife on valentines day. From the moment they arrived they never looked fresh. This was confirmed as they never looked any different from then on. They just went from bad to worse and so I threw them away after only two days, so as at least my wife could see them on valentines day. When they should have lasted longer. It spoilt my surprise gift for her, which was very disappointing. Yours Sincerely Peter Malcolmson

Our delivery arrived promptly but upon opening one of the flowers head fell apart. The rest of the flowers were closed and designed to bloom when here. We are now on day 5 and the roses are wilting about to die, the Lilly's have yet to open. Unfortunately what we received never looked like the picture online. Very disappointed for a £50 bunch of flowers. I did contact Debenhams Flowers on day 3 but have not had any response. Poor customer service too. Upsetting as these were for my wife's 30th birthday.

The flowers I ordered cost £49.99. I expected a very generous bouquet for this price. When I saw them I was utterly shocked with what was presented. What was received would have cost no more than £20 from any self respecting florist and would have cost no more than £10 from any supermarket. I will never order from debenhams flowers again.

I am very disappointed with the flowers. They were for my Mum's 75th birthday and I paid extra for a large bunch. I have sent Debenhams a photo as per their request, but have not heard back from them as yet. I will not be ordering from them again. Marks & Spencer's flowers are so much better Mrs K Forde

Bought the flowers as part of my sisters 50th B/Day present. She called me to thank me but said the flowers weren't fresh except for the lilies . I saw the flowers later that day, most of the carnations were brown at the tips and the roses were all open and losing their petals. I have used your flower service before and the flowers were all fresh so I'm very disappointed with this order

Very disappointed in these flowers. Having paid 50 pounds for a decent bunch on Valentine's day, they arrived in a tiny box all squat and dying!! I could of gone done to my local supermarket and bought a bunch for 20 pounds and they would have been 10 times better than these!

Completely confusing that a 'glitch' in the system means when you receive your confirmation email, your billing address is given as the shipping address, despite having already provided a 'recipient's address.' Resulted in a morning spent on hold as the flowers were due to be sent to a work colleague. When the phone was finally answered, I was told I would be called back due to a bad line (their end!). No phone call back. I called again and, after being left on hold for far too long again, I was finally told about the 'glitch' in their system. Why has this not been fixed? I cannot imagine the number of times your customer services agents must have to explain away the very same glitch to different customers every day.

Very disappointed! I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day thinking that for £50+ they would be great. I expected that whilst paying more than my local shop that the extra I paid would be reflected in quality flowers. This is not the case received on Sunday and three roses blackening and dying by Tuesday. Shame that I can't copy and paste a photo on here. Lesson learned you don't always get what you pay for!

I have already written an email of complaint about my order - the rose petals were already black tipped and dying away - considering I was hoping to give my wife them 2 days later - they didn't last For the price - awful

The arrangement arrived very badly squashed up within the protective packaging.. The roses in the arrangement all had white spots on their foliage - like fungus. Each rose stem was bent badly, like second grade roses and the stems were not strong enough to support the weight of the rose bud.... One rose bud head had completely collapsed on itself within hours of being a vase. 24 hours later, the other two roses of the same variety had done exactly the same thing. The arrangement had been advertised as being valued at £50.... 5 roses, 3 carnations - each of different sizes. I order a lot of flowers online, this was the first time I have used Debenhams but will be the last. Customer expectations were far from met.
