Ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, they weren't delivered until a day after !!!!

I was extremely disappointed with these flowers they were VERY poor quality for the money! I was actually emmbarrassed when I saw them. We had ordered 3 sets of these for my mum, aunt and my mother in law. I would have gotten better quality and far better value for money any where else! Never ever again would I purchase flowers from Debenhams

I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mothers Day which were to be delivered to her place of work. At 4pm that day I called to find out where they were and apparently they had been lost in transit. They said that another bunch of better value would be sent out on Mother's Day. I received the second bunch which was half the size of the original I had ordered and most of the flowers were wilted. I won't be ordering from here again.

Looked nothing like the pictures; I ordered pink and received white lilies and the bouquet itself was tiny. I was ashamed to give these as a present to my mother on Mother's Day and I won't be ordering again.

Don't buy from Debhenhams! Go to your local florist for better quality and more value for money!! I brought flowers from here for Mother's Day and they were already dying when my mom recieved them. The flower heads had even come off in the box! Waste of money. Unhappy customer!

I purchased a Mother's Day gift which arrived late, the flowers were already wilting and half the gift including chocolates, the bottle of pressecco and the card didn't arrive at all. I have complained to debenhams to either have the complete order fulfilled or to get a refund but have had no response. Will never purchase anything from debenhams again, the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I ordered these flowers for Mother's Day, my mom said that the day after they arrived the roses were dying and the greens wilting. They looked awful and nothing like the photo, so I complained and got a full refund. Won't be ordering from debenhams flowers ever again!!

AVOID THESE THIEVES!! They did not deliver the flowers to my terminally ill mum and refuse to answer any emails or provide a refund. I am seeking legal advice against these thieving bastards.

The flowers arrived and looked lovely for a day, then they started dying off. I sent an email to discuss this as they were ordered for Mothers Day and I never even got a reply, only second time using the service and would never bother again.

The bouquet was of very poor quality on delivery and the flowers deteriorated rapidly and had to be thrown away the next day. My mother who received the flowers was so dissapointed she actually phoned me to tell me so! She adivsed me that they were rubbish and that I should claim my money back but I was away on work and forgot about it.

The only positive is that the flowers arrived on Mothers Day. Theye were not as ordered and the alternative supply, an orchid, was dead within 2 weeks. For the price paid the quality of flowers provided was very poor and the customer service was little better. I did eventually get a full refund but only after constant chasing. Will never use Debenhams Flowers again.

Quality of flowers poor ,tiny lily buds green and tight roses small heads in bloom brown tinged and drooping heads, condition very poor arrived brown and wilting clearly stored badly, nominated day delivery missed all in all would not use again

Flowers arrived without chocolates which were meant to be included. Contacted customer services and got a stock response about slow replies due to mothers day. Four weeks later they have still not had the courtesy to reply. Never again!

I often send my mother flowers but the first time I have sent via debenhams. The flowers didn't look fresh on arrival and only lasted a few days. They also did not look like what I ordered. I won't be buying flowers from Debenhams again.

Flowers were ordered for Mother's Day. Said in the small print that they might not be delivered on the nominated day. They weren't. Good job I booked the delivery for the previous day. I chose flowers with free chocolates. No free chocolates were enclosed. I queried this and was informed they were subject to availability! I have have been offered £1 for the chocolates or £5 on my debenhams account. I have sent numerous emails asking if the £5 credit is on my debenhams account or flowers account. No response. I informed debenhams I would not be ordering flowers from them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Flowers did not arrive when promised, so missed mothers day. (Booked for delivery on friday, arrived on monday) When they eventually arrived, they were not very generous and in poor condition. I was embarrassed by the state of my gift, and I will never buy from Debenhams flowers again.

Having received a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a birthday present from debenhams I decided to use them for Mother's Day. Very very disappointed. Not the quantity of flowers I ordered for the 'large' option and the flowers looked very sad. Won't order from them again. Very disappointed indeed
