Haven't ordered anything from Debenhams Flowers so why the hell are they asking me to review them!

The flowers were left outside in the pouring rain and by the time my mum found them the cardboard box was soggy! Credit to Debenhams- I rang and told them and they refunded but won't be using again I'm afraid!

Flowers arrived looking half dead and a very small bunch for the price paid, they also did not put the wine in the box that was part of the order (they did refund the cost of the wine after a call to customer services) would advise anyone to stay well clear of debenhams flowers

An absolute disgrace. Ordered in October to have my Staffs hampers delivered on the 23rd December and only 1 arrived. I emailed and called to be told it would be sorted out and then at 2.15 pm they told me that the other hadn't been sent out and it was now too late and that they would give me a refund - what a great help that was. Luckily I managed to order from Virginia Hayward late in the day and they had the delivery to me 1st thing on Christmas Eve. Virginia Hayward have my business from now on and Debenhams can go yodel up a Totem Pole for all I care.

Picked the most expensive bouquet in the birthday section and added the vase just to make sure I ordered something close to the image, what came was no where near the image, the flowers were not arranged in a ball shape which was what set this bouquet apart from the others and the vase was packed separately. To top it all off they started dying after two days. The cake in a tin left much to be desired also..... A thorough dissapointment and expected far more from a brand like debenams.

flowers disappointing and customer service even worse. Long train of emails with no help or explanation with my issues. will not be ordering again!

Flowers were ordered for a Sunday, to be delivered for a birthday. For some reason, flowers were not delivered until Monday night. Will not use again.

I was appalled by the flowers delivered by debenhams to my mother in law who was desperately in need of something to make her smile. I took a number of photos of the flowers as they were dead or dying- never bloomed and did not look anything like the flowers I ordered. I had purchased flowers from debenhams a number of times and couldn't be more disappointed or frankly angry. I just wish I could attach the photos to this review to demonstrate my point. I have no doubts that you would agree. I expect to here back customer services promptly!

I paid £89.99 for delivery of a bouquet of multi-coloured roses from Debenhams. The delivery arrived on time but this was the only positive thing I have to say about my purchase. The flowers were tightly packed into the delivery box and were generally not in a good condition on arrival. After just four days three quarters of the flowers were dead or badly shrivelled and had to be thrown away. The flowers were a gift for a loved one's birthday. They were a disappointment and a complete waste of money. This was the first time I had bought flowers from Debenhams and it will be the last.

the mulbury hamper was an embarrassment . 4 tiny products rattling round in a giant red box with polystyrene shavings - and all for around £30 - total rip off. Shall not be buying again from Debenhams!

I sent these flowers to my elderly grandmother for her birthday. I asked for them to be delivered the day before her birthday (a Sunday) just to be on the safe side. They didn't arrive on the Saturday and instead were delivered on the Monday morning. The day AFTER her birthday. While the flowers and chocolates were very nice, they were late and I was very disappointed with this.

Poor quality and bad value for money, the flowers arrived on time, cannot fault delivery service and communication from Debenhams however the flowers dies 2 days after they arrived and the quantity displayed on the website vs what actually arrived was very clever photography and good marketing but unfortunately over promised and under delivered. Won't be using them again :-(

Disgusted. £40 on a pathetic looking bunch of flowers. My fiancé was quite upset which ruined the surprise, so thank you. I would complain but don't imagine you would do anything about it. Oh, and I assume no one will see this review so don't really know why I'm bothering

The amount of flowers was extremely poor compared to ther suppliers i have purchased from in the past.Not value for money in fact rip off is the phrase that comes to mind.

i bought these for my parents 25th wedding anniversary, I normally use M and S but thought id try Debenhams for a change. On arrival my parents had to trim the foliage it was so untidy, they arrived on the 18th when I visyed them on the 20th they looked terrible, wilted, bare and languid back to M and S

Awful. The worst on line shopping experience. I sent flowers to a member of staff who had lost their mother. When they returned to work 2 weeks later I was told they had not received the flowers. When Debenhams were asked to investigate I was told I had missed the 7 day complaint window. I had not asked the bereaved about flowers as I took it for granted that if they had been ordered they would be delivered. After a number of emails the flowers have now been sent - 2 weeks late. I was offered a larger bunch of flowers. Clearly a joke as I had already ordered the bigger Lily's. It has been awful chasing a flower delivery with the bereaved and a considerable waste of my time.
