Awfull would not recommend the flowers not worth the money appalled after speaking to customer service .They didn't do not thing .sent pictures to prove that .They looked like they were from a petrol station ....

Awful! Didnt arrive on time for my mums brithday although I paid more for the delivery- had to be refunded. Ruined my Mums big day!

The flowers were supposed to arrive on the Thursday, Froday at the very latest, well they didn't arrive until about lunch time on the Saturday, and Inhad an email Wednesday evening saying they were dispatched. When they arrived they were wilted, poor service !!!

To whom it may concern, I ordered flowers for my GF's birthday. However, the flowers were left in the lodge and unfortunately, they were thrown. I missed her deadline, because the person who handled the flowers didn't leave them in her office. Currently, I have a sad period of my life, because I missed her birthday. Oz,

Very important event didn't deliver flowers and only advised flowers wouldn't be deliver at 5pm just after their customer service closed leaving me with no opportunity for alternative suppliers. No explaination and couldn't care less attitude.

flowers were fine. but, EVEN IF you make sure that you tick the 'I do not wish to be contacted' box, the fucktards STILL pester you relentlessly with emails asking how they performed, or shitty little newsletters. so, if this is what you want, buy your items from Debenhams, cos, they don't give a flying toss what your wishes are.

Flowers received were dead and stank of mould, I had to contact debenhams who are sending out a replacement but should not have received dead mouldy flowers in the first place.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received. I ordered some sympathy flowers last week, and for some reason I was charged on my bank account 3 times. When I discovered this I called your customer services and I spoke to a lady on the phone for 15 mins. She couldn't find any record of my booking at all. She searched for my name, email, address, and found nothing. This was so frustrating. She said the order number was not a legitimate order number as they usually start with a 7 or something. She then asked if I could check if the flowers were delivered which was the thing which really upset me. I had to ask my friend if she had received my flowers, days after her father passed away and had asked for some time with her family. She had received the flowers, which made things worse as she was then feeling guilty that she didn't thank me. I am so so angry and upset that she had to do that. The customer service exec said she would get someone from management to call me back on Monday to help me find the order and process the refund- I heard nothing. I then had to call back on Tuesday late afternoon as I had still not heard from anyone. I phoned the Debenhams flowers number and luckily they found my account immediately, confirmed there was a mistake and said they would process the refund for 2 x £34.99 (which I still haven't seen in my bank records). There seems to have been an obvious lack of knowledge between your concessions and the main customer service number as this could have all been avoided if the lady I spoke to knew I should call the flowers line direct as there is a different database. I look forward to my refund so that this issue is resolved and no longer on my mind. Sorry to have to leave such a negative review but this really upset me. Coincidently the flowers were apparently beautiful.

Really disappointed with the flowers, they arrived on Friday however many of the Roses were dead by the next day. They only last two days before the heads started to fall off. Also the chocolates never arrived.

I purchased 2 Christmas Hampers and when they were delivered, I was so embarrassed of the quantity of them, I would never give them as a present. I normally use another store which were great, but I thought I would have a change. What a massive mistake!!! I would not recommend to any one. I have sent Hampers back and will never use Debenhams again. A total disgrace.

heads had fell off most of the lillies and box was wet causing it to suffer damage. not the best service and i would expect better from debenhams :(

The flowers arrived in poor condition (looked dead) there was no structure to them at all and looked like they had just been thrown together! Very disappointed with them as looked nothing like advertised, I could have bought a 10 pound bunch that would have been fuller and presented better

TOOK ABSOLUTELY AGES TO BE DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED ON A MONDAY THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THURSDAY WHEN THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE WAS TUESDAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I can see from your order you selected 'Free Standard Delivery' and with this option the terms and conditions state that orders may arrive up to two days after the desired delivery date. I ordered an extra large bouquet for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. The bouquet was not as described and a full refund was provided by Debenham Flowers. Ruined our celebrations though.....

I ordered flowers for my wife's 30th birthday. I ordered the extra vase, balloon and cake. Unfortunately I didn't receive the vase or the balloon which took the edge off the flowers. I have received a refund from you but this doesn't take back what you promised to supply and didn't.

Flowers ordered well in advance of friends birthday - to be delivered as a surprise on her birthday, (not that it was a sunday), they were not delivered. When i complained that they had not been delivered the response i got? Well you did choose the free delivery and that does say could be delivered the day after-i did look for that in the small print , but it was that small i couldn't see it!! NOT HAPPY at all. I wont be using these again, as not even an apology for spoiling the day. Well just to say there are plenty of other online florists who would appreciate the business.

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers well in advance for delivery on or the day before my mother in law's birthday, the flowers were delivered 7 days too early and had died before the actual date requested for delivery. Will not use this service from Debenhams again.

I Sent my wife flowers whilst away working in Europe for our wedding anniversary. I got back the day after and most of them where dead... absolutely disgusting I thought but that was before the customer service or lack of it made it worst. Debenhams have offered a new delivery but too little to late..
