"I\u2019m very disappointed with my recent experience at Debenhams. I purchased retinol oil, PSA Midnight Courage, but they sent me one that was over a year out of date. This is completely unacceptable, as expired skincare products can cause irritation or other issues. It shows a lack of care and quality control. I would not recommend shopping with them based on this experience."

"I ordered items 3 weeks ago 3rd December , the last item was received 1 week ago but still one item missing, when I contacted them 30 dec to chase this up I was told it\u2019s over 14 days and \u201cthey are unable to cater to my concern\u201d and I have to pay for this item in full"

"Worst customer service ever. I will refuse to buy after the Experiance I had these last few days. The advertise one thing send U another then start informing Ur e mail. U can't call or anything so Ur stuck waiting for them to contact U. Only for them to repeat the same lines. Just to waste a few more days. Horrible horrible service. As pictures show. What they advertised and what they send U"

"On the 6\/9\/24 I received 2 Wallis dresses. Debenham owns Willis. When the dresses arrived, straight away I noticed a stain on one of the dresses, the dress looks like it has been worn and washed several times. It was a second-hand dress that they sent me. I didn't even try the dress on. I contacted Debenham straight asking for the dress to be returned. Within 30 minutes I handed the dress to the post office. Debenham received the dress on the 7\/9\/24 I'm still awaiting for my refund. Debenham has be come unprofessional."

"Bought a metal double rack from DBZ Partners H&O Direct. The shelves and coat hangers were plastic, one shelf didn\u2019t have correct perforation, so could not be put into place. Bottom shelves were made of wire instead of what shown. They immediately take your money and customer service doesn't respond completely to your emails. The manual is a joke, written in mandarin. Such scammers are operating in the name of Debenhams!"

"Mattress delivered 17th, marks and loose threads, advertised at 30cm depth is 26cm. contacted customer service, sent photos. Told, they are a marketplace, they took my money but the issue is with the supplier, told wait until the 27 th for supplier reply. Please be aware, shop at reputable stores. Appalling customer service, they don\u2019t really care."
