“I ordered a bread bin with matching biscuit and tea, coffee, sugar canisters. They had a good selection on line and with a reduction in price. I found what i was looking for and ordered the items. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the colours were not what I was expecting and so had to return them. You then have four choices how to return, by store, Royal Mail, courier or My Hermes. I have now returned the items by My Hermes which was simple and free. I would definitely Debenhams and will order again in the future.”

“My order arrived with a missing item .I appreciate this can happen. As it did not say to follow or out of stock I called customer service and a replacement arrived next day without a problem. As it was not suitable I returned two separate parcels to Debenhams via Royal Mail .The tracking information advises it arrived back at Debenhams on 04/08/2017.After contacting customer service several times by email I am still trying to get credit on the 'reordered item. The other item was credited after my first email .I have now sent a written complaint but as yet have not heard anything and it is now the 22/08/2017.appalling service.”
