As it was not suitable I returned two separate parcels to Debenhams via Royal Mail .The tracking information advises it arrived back at Debenhams on 04/08/2017.After contacting customer service several times by email I am still trying to get credit on the 'reordered item. The other item was credited after my first email .I have now sent a written complaint but as yet have not heard anything and it is now the 22/08/2017.appalling service.”
“Debenhams is an institution and it makes me happy that they have survived this long. They do not have enough staff on the shop floor but you can always rely on getting a good choice in store. Quality can be an issue but they usually are quick to exchange or refund.”
