“Very pleased with my new tent which i ordered on here as they had the best price. Never used Decathlon before but i would definitely use them again. Parcel came earlier than estimated delivery date !”

“I never leave Decathlon without purchases. Probably not a good thing for me. But says a lot about them. Great value products across the board. I tried click-and-collect the other day, worked perfectly. Wish there were more stores!”

“Purchased cycling sunglasses, 4 pairs, yes 4 pairs, why so many? I live in Africa and had a pair previously, they are durable, comfortable and good value for hard outdoor wear! Online purchase was easy, fast and efficient - what more to say! A service that works!”

“I have nothing but praise for decathlon`s service. It was easy to buy online and my purchase arrived promptly. Sadly it was defective and I went online to arrange to send it back for a refund. I had a call the following day to sort out a pick up time and another call on the pick up day to make sure it had been collected. My refund was back in my account within 48 hours. No fuss no quibble. Thankyou Decathlon”

“Quickly despatched my purchases. One was faulty, I sent it back via parcels to go with a reference number. I've not had a refund or replacement in nearly two weeks or any correspondence in nearly two weeks. Not impressed”

“The seat post is excellent, as good as some that cost 3 times as much. Took a while to be delivered but no more than was specified when ordered. I'd recommend the product and the company!”

“I have now used the online shop twice with Decathlon. Ok so not much, but! I shop a lot online so get to now when the service, communication and purchase are good. TBH I can't fault Decathlon on that, even picking up at store local to me great instore service too. So I'll be back to order P.S. The price of item was cheapest that I could find online Arsenal 2015 -16 football top. Mik”

“The Aqua shoes I bought are comfortable, light and are easy to get on and off. The problem I have found is the pool I use for my aqua aerobics, has a shiny tiled surface and I have tended to slip when carrying out sideways moves. I think on a different surface they would be great. Another reason I bought them was to protect my feet from the uneven surface, this they do extremely well.”

“I bought a hub dynamo. The sales literature it doesn't give all of the technical information. It dosen't say whether the power output is AC or DC. The hub arrived with a rectifier, to change AC output to DC, but NO electrical wiring diagram. In the event of rectifier being damaged or burning out I could find no replacement parts number. Yours Ray Easton.”

“We love Decathlon in our house! Lots of different sports under one roof; we can even get most of our children's school sports kit there. Love the tent displays so you can see which tent is right for you. Changing rooms that you just nip into in the stores is an added bonus. The staff are always very helpful. Only have one little niggle - our local store is so popular that there is often not the full range of sizes available - but you can always order online so it's not such a huge problem.”

“Great selection of branded and own brand products, often at very affordable prices. My only mark down would be that although the customer service is good, it's not always easy to find someone to advise you and the service at the till often seems a bit unorganised and there can be queues.”
