“Absolutely fantastic service was received from Decathlon. They offered a fantastic online deal on a Vango Avington 600 tent. I had visited another site which promised to price match... But when it came down to it they waited so long to reply the Decathlon offer had been snapped up and they said they wouldn't price match. Luckily I'd already bought from Decathlon!”

“Products are fine but took a week to get to me. Expected faster service. Also, the secure shopping certificate has expired. Didn't notice till after I had placed the order. I wouldn't have if I had noticed.”

“The sun-protective shirts which were fairly priced arrived swiftly, were the right size, and really did the job protecting the family from the sun while snorkelling - this is the first year we have had no sunburned backs or necks!”

“I never leave Decathlon without purchases. Probably not a good thing for me. But says a lot about them. Great value products across the board. I tried click-and-collect the other day, worked perfectly. Wish there were more stores!”
