“we were surprise that for the price we paid delivery costs were not included or delivery toke so long. For the same item we realised after that we could had better deal via Amazon for example”

“Purchased a Thule cycle carrier online because the price offered by Decathlon in its sale was the cheapest available at the time by a considerable sum. Delivery was slightly longer than I am used to because I believe the article was despatched directly from France. But the estimated delivery time was stated at the time of order. I was able to track the package and delivery was made a day early. I would use Decathlon again.”
