“The in-store service we received was good, although it was significantly let down by the failure of the workstations to process our order. It seemed somewhat inappropriate that there was no way for the assistant to deal with the order, other than using a customer terminal. The delivery to the store was fine.”

“THE WEBSITE HAS NOT THE BEST DESIGN. iT CAN GET IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN ORDER JUST BECAUSE THE WINDOW "Buy Now" disappears after some time. I have never seen such a website. it should be corrected for the sake of the customers.”

“Really impressed by the ease of order and speed of delivery. Had heard some bad reviews which nearly discouraged me from ordering. However they were the only UK suppliers to carry the quechua extend running pack so I went with it. So glad I did the pack is fantastic and the service great. I have used the pack for a god few weeks now and have been impressed at the quality and value of the pack. It sit's well on my back during long runs and the side pockets are great for accessing without stopping. Product seems durable yet really light. Thanks”

“Visited Belfast store to buy cycle light only to be told we do not stock them any more. Neither person thought to tell me to try online. Bought Rock rider two months ago and plenty of advice etc at time.”

“I have purchased from within the Decathalon store and given an excellent demonstration of one of the pop up tents which we purchased and proved to be a perfect buy and now i have bought anothwr on line as a gift which proved equally wonderfull andcwas delivered very quickly. All brilliant.”
