“Bought a treadmill from Decathlon, when built there were two bolts missing, contacted Decathlon and told they would refund me if I took it back I explained that I wanted the treadmill so please send me the bolts, which never arrived after 4 weeks so had to take a refund. Still needed a treadmill so had to go elsewhere. The treadmill itself was excellent so if the bolts had arrived I would have been very happy with the purchase, I don't understand why they would rather refund then replace missing parts.”

“The tent arrived promptly and was everything we needed for our camping experience on a very wet weekend. We actually received the tent twice, which to save complications and the cost of recovery of the item, the second one was given to! It was given as a birthday present to a sibling for an up and coming camping trip. So 5 stars...”

“Just wish the exercise bike I bought had the computer display had been working in the store as I now would have now bought the more expensive type but it have to do until I up grade at a later date”

“A bit disappointed, the same items were half the price elsewhere just not in my size, after paying the premium price it took ages to deliver. Shame really but I wont be gagging to shop here again, even if they're the only ones with my size in stock.”

“I bought the Hoprider 300 City Hybrid Bike (http://www.decathlon.co.uk/hoprider-300-womens-city-hybrid-bike-id_8307663.html) two month ago, I have a big problem with the derailleur. When I bought it I thought I made a big deal, but I'm realy not happy whith it. I hope that decathlon will fix it for me. The problem that I live in Guildford and all decathlon stores are far.”

“The price I paid for the table tennis table (Cornilleau 500m outdoor) was the cheapest on the net in the UK by some margin and even Home Leisure Direct, who offer a "guaranteed best price" offer, could not match it on a direct, like for like basis. I had the table delivered to my local store as it was quicker than having it delivered to home (which would have been free) and I collected it at the time agreed with no hassles at all. Two of the young sales guys helped me get it on to the top of the car and everyone I encountered in the Reading store were very helpful. All in all, lots to be cheerful about and nothing to moan about which makes a nice change in this day and age! Heartily recommended store :-)”

“Due to delays with delivery I waited 4 weeks for my bike. I do however understand this happens, but after being promised delivery dates several times, I wasn't pleased to be kept waiting. Bike on the other hand was fantastic and very easy to throw together. Poor delivery service But great company with great products.”

“WRONG SIZES PROVIDED FREQUENTLY - IN 3 OUT 0F 4 RECENT ORDERS DELIVERY AND PICK UP. POOR QUALITY WATERPROOF SHOES THAT LET IN WATER AFTER VERY LIMITED USE. DOUBT IF I WILL USE DECATHALON AGAIN OR RECOMMEND. FORTUNATE TO HAVE TWO BOYS A FEW YEARS APART SO THAT WRONG SIZE ITEMS WILL HOPEFULLY GET USED. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO MESS ABOUT TAKING THING BACK TO STORES AS I DO NOT LIVE LOCAL TO ANY STORE. DO NOT HAVE SAME PROBLEM WITH SPORTS DIRECT ORDERS.”

“Was impressed with the service received, both from the two young ladies that helped me choose my exercise machine and to order it in to store and from the two (different) young ladies that subsequently helped me load the machine into my car when I went a few days later to collect it. They were all very knowledgeable and polite.”
