“I bought replacement tent poles from Decathlon in Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful. I went back to get more but the shop doesn't stock them now so I ordered them on line. The labels on the shop bought ones and the on line ones are the same but the poles are a different size ! So the ones sent are no use!”

“Paid extra to have item delivered in time for a festival (Site said it would be delivered in 1-2 days). Item did not arrive within the 2 day delivery window and therefore was too late to be used.”

“The website wasn't working properly the first time I tried to make my purchase. The following day it was fine otherwise I would have given a higher rating. It's not clear if you want a review of the product or the shopping experience. The product I bought is good - much cheaper than elsewhere and quality is fine for my purpose.”

“I have ordered 2 items from Decathlon recently, as Amazon failed to live up to their promises. Delivery was outstanding! Will definitely use again. Having just taken up Petanque, the equipment hasn't been the easiest thing to find, but no problems with Decathlon. Blooming marvellous!”
