“Delivery was quick but my spearfishing reels handle fell off on its first use and got lost in the depths of the ocean. There is no mechanism to stop the reel falling off when the drag gets loosened. Not great as I took it abroad and didn't have an alternative.”

“I purchased a Table Tennis Table some years ago from your Mayenne (Northern France) as we live part of our lives some 22 Km from the store. One of the wheels became broken and we contacted the Mayenne shop where we found total interes from your staff. I found that you had a branch near to our home in the New Forest and we went in there ordered and went and collected the wheel from some very nice staff who couldnt do enough for us.”

“Ordered a tent and it never showed up. I called customer services to cancel the order and was assured that the money would be refunded to my account but had to call a second time a week later to actually get the refund actioned. This was my first experience of using Decathlon online ad normally get on well when shopping in store so the experience was a little disappointing”

“Great tent. Have used it twice since purchasing. Climbed in the Cairngorms over this period covering 5 munros and 2 high level camps. The tent can rattle loudly in the wind, so finding a sheltered area would be best. The tent comfortly fits me and my German Shepherd Dog. In my opinion it would be a tight sqeeze with 2 people. Quick to erect and also light to carry. No condensation issues in tent considering that a large panting dog is present. Dropped 1 star because I feel they could have made the tent in olive green.”
