“Brilliant service in shop and delivery”

“Brought the arrow archery set. Ordered online and paid for delivery. The set is ideal for adults and children. The set only has 2 arrows so I ordered 2 more. One of the tips on one arrow was very thin and looks a bit offset. I contacted customer services by email and they kindly sent a couple of new arrows out. Only problem was they are not the arrows with the suction ends so cannot be used with the set I brought. Other 3 arrows are fine though so overall very happy with the set.”

“I found Decathlon very helpful when buying a beach shelter and bicycle pump. Not high value items but the staff were helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the diverse selection of stuff available in the store (Oxford). A must visit in the future.”

“Visiting the store - layout makes it easy to find products, great quality, especially company brand products, particularly Fouganza equestrian- hats, jackets, boots, and horse wear, very good quality. I have 3 numnahs I bought three years ago, washed repeatedly and still going strong. Wish there was a store more local and so tend to shop online.”

“Overall a good service is provided. I'd like to see more range of climbing equipment/ Simond Clothing within the Braehead, Glasgow store, but I generally know what i want to buy and can easily buy online and collect in store.”

“Great service & prices, I like the product range & have placed a couple of orders, one for a tent & one for clothes. One item was missing a part & customer service couldn't have handled my query any better with a courteous & speedy response. Id highly recommend Decathlon, I just wish there was a store closer to home that I could visit. Thanks Decathlon ????”
