“Products were ordered, we recieved notification of this, notificaition of dispatch and notification of when they were out for delivery. Delivery is free, which is great. Haven't had to use their customer service as our products are top notch.”

“The whole family loves Decathlon products. However, most online stores now offer free returns via Royal Mail or other courier services. It's a shame that Decathlon doesn't yet provide this service, as it might encourage myself and others to buy a greater diversity of items.”
