“The products i ordered for bike riding are to a higher quality than i expected. I was extremely pleased and had been looking at much higher priced well known makes and the clothes i got from here are just as good but a lot lot cheaper will buy again for sure.”

“I love Decathlon generally, have bought plenty of great things from their shops in France. Recently purchased a gazebo with sides online, and was very pleased. Fab sturdy product, excellent instructions. Free delivery when I expected it. Job done!”

“I phoned to see if goods arrived at local shop (Harlow) as I had other appts that day. the very polite lady checked and said yes they had just arrived. They were so helpful when I got to the store. goods were perfect, and I was so pleased with the price.”

“We had an extreme lack of customer service from decathlon along with unhelpful responses for simple questions. We would never use decathlon again, Halfords ended helping us out because decathlon couldn't. Considering we had just bought a £400 tent from them i would have expected better. Stay clear and give your money to a decent customer focused business.”
